There's not a chance I believe her version of events. She's spinning a story exactly how I thought she would do.

When I had my bipolar disorder diagnosis overturned after ten years of living with and "treating", that I was devastated. Compounded by the new diagnosis of BPD I felt ill-equipped to deal with anything.

A very decent NHS therapist, one I will always remember, said to me, "you didn't ask to be sexually abused and you didn't ask for BPD. But it is your responsibility to minimise its impact on you and those you love". (She meant with meaningful therapy etc).

A BPD diagnosis doesn't automatically make you a monster. Love to all my BPD pals here.

AH shows traits I can retrospectively see in myself. My pre-therapy/meds self. Having done so much work on myself, I now find it impossible to lie.
