Did you know Ben Chew has represented Cher before..
I cannot stand him regardless of Heard. He is insufferable.Wish he would Fuckus Offus
So I was going over Johnny Depps and his sisters testimony. It was very sad, he clearly craved his mother's attention and love and it wasn't reciprocated. This was hard to listen too.
I just read that the court has allowed the anti SLAPP and 1st amendment.
With a bleeping dire fringeI finally get why this women keeps going on about Amber. It fits her entire narrative, promotes her book, gains her income. Honest to god, it’s a vacuum of ignorance.
Just looked up anti SLAPP. If I understand it the burden of proof is on Depp as it gives publications like her article protection from being sued? Not good for Depp?So I was going over Johnny Depps and his sisters testimony. It was very sad, he clearly craved his mother's attention and love and it wasn't reciprocated. My understanding of the anti SLAPP laws are they are put in place for the purpose of limiting plaintifs from filing vexatious lawsuits.Allowed the anti-slap. Can you explain that again, I got rather confused about the anti-slapping during the hearing, it sounds like a good thing?

Yes I took it that way as well. The anti SLAPP plus 1st amendment.Just looked up anti SLAPP. If I understand it the burden of proof is on Depp as it gives publications like her article protection from being sued? Not good for Depp?
The anti-SLAPP was dealt with before the trial.Just looked up anti SLAPP. If I understand it the burden of proof is on Depp as it gives publications like her article protection from being sued?
It says plaintiffs motion is granted in the documentationDepps team asked for a motion in strike in one comment from ambers teams closing statement where it was said “ their decision would send a message to DV victims everywhere” as inappropriate as it’s a larger social issue. Judge denied as case had already gone to jury.
Well only if you look at it from a very narrow definition. Rottenborn closed with a summation that you can't uphold the first amendment and find for Johnny Depp. I think the trial has shown the nuances of the case successfully. The general consensus amongst the experts seems to be that Rottenborn nailed his closing argument.
She looked much nicer back then. She looks quite bloated during the trialSo we know she has a thing about knives, what about guns? Yooohoooo daddy dearest
- Question for Americans? Do you need a gun licence for every state you stay in with that gun and does it have to be updated every year?

- She's no stranger to firearms.
- in 2010, the actor told the Daily Mail that she's "a good shot," adding, "I love guns — I own several."
- She also issued a not-so-veiled warning to would-be burglars: "I sleep with my gun in a place that's close enough that if I needed to protect myself, I could. It's not in bed with me, though; it's in a safe location."
- Declaring that she's "fully trained" and had been maintaining an active membership at a gun club, Heard declared herself to be "definitely pro-gun" — a trait the Texas native inherited from her father.
