I watched a really interesting video about ERW, MM and Ilma Gore the other day, I'll go back and find it - there's a touch of the Barlows about Gore

That's what got me confused as they showed the court & she told Ben she was denying his motion as it was out of her hands. Wonder why they didn't object at the time, ask for a sidebar & raise the possibility of a motion after closing but before jury instructions. But what do I know!
Disappointing to have no verdict yet. Not sure if this is good for Depp or not.

She read the jury instructions right at the start. But I think they should have objected or had words during the lunch break (I can't remember whether Rottenbum said it in his first closing or the 6 minutes afterwards?)

Is this true? Please let it be true, but I looked up this original tweet from Katie Barlow for a nosey and she tweeted underneath that Chief Judge Penney Azcarate told counsel essentially she is not going to entertain the motion right now because the case has been submitted to the jury. “I’m not ignoring you but I am kind of ignoring you because the jury has the case now.” 😭😭😭

Seriously so unfair how Rotten has potentially gaslit and guilted the jury.

EDIT: sorry, I'm just seeing others have also picked up on this! Why do people put out false information like this? Oh my goodness my poor nerves can't cope with this much longer!
