i can totally vouch for this ..both my OH and me were not allowed chocolate sweets etc as kids by our parents..his also didnt allow fizzy drinks. my OH was practically addicted to coca-cola until he had a medical and he was told this was making his blood pressure so bad he would end up on tablets for rest of his life! both of us have no self control with anything bad for us that we were denied as a child.
when we had our children we have given them a healthy diet but they have always been allowed what ever chocolate sweets biscuits etc they want (within reason..ie not just before dinner or late at night). quite they will choose to have fruit or some tomatoes .
..i hope ive done ok i just didnt want them to have the forbidden food issues i have .

That’s exactly it. As soon as I had any control over what I could eat, I ate complete tit because I wasn’t allowed anything as a kid.
 
Lol, there are photos of Rosie's boobs all over Google. I wonder did she used to have implants and then got them removed? As they used to be huge but now look smaller. Not as demure as she tries to make out it seems.

my kid is allowed chocolate but she’ll also wolf down salmon fillet (with potato and veg). She gets healthy home made meals some nights and potato waffles with beans on others. And I’m trying not to put any weight on the different foods- the waffles and beans aren’t a treat. They’re just dinner, the same as chicken and veg is dinner.
Oh and she gets milk chocolate or white chocolate. Who gives a kid dark chocolate?

this is how we are too. i dont want to class anything as 'bad'. i was really angry when my eldest started school and they told them in reception certain food were bad - Kids that age take things so literally and she started to refuse to eat butter as its bad for you !
my dad told me recently a relative who was a nurse told them at the time they would make me gorge on these when i was older if i was denied them and he said it was 100% the case and they were wrong.
ironically my mum now as a Nan always has a massive bag of chocolate buttins for the grandchildren!!

yes this is what both me and my husband where like..as soon as i started work it was a thrill to eat macdonalds for lunch and cakes and chocolate..i still cant keep away from a birthday goodies spread at work ..

yes this is what both me and my husband where like..as soon as i started work it was a thrill to eat macdonalds for lunch and cakes and chocolate..i still cant keep away from a birthday goodies spread at work ..

This is absolutely our approach - no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods, no ‘healthy’ and ‘unhealthy’. It’s just food. We are trying to teach our toddler to make smart choices but if they want a biscuit they can have one. It’s all about moderation. Their favourite snack is cherry tomatoes but that doesn’t mean they don’t love a handful of chocolate buttons if you offer them!

I have a difficult relationship with food because I was told some foods were bad and I don’t want the same to happen with our children,

I was googling... he was with his childhood girlfriend when he first got famous and they “grew apart”. A thing came up about that (March 2016), and it was a few months later that he was linked to Rosie, when they were both instagramming the same holiday in the September.
I’m sure around the Christmas period he mentioned that it had been the anniversary of the two of them meeting on a night out? Does anyone remember him mentioning this or am I getting them mixed up?

He’s said he met her on New Years Eve at a rave in London (it was a club night...not sure anyone could call where he met her a rave)

So according to the newspaper stories he announced he had split from his long term girlfriend in March 2016 and was on holiday with Rosie in September 2016. So he had met Rosie a few months before announcing he was single. But then it’s quite possible he and his ex split a while before going public.

So they met NYE 2015, he clearly had his head turned at the very least, ended his relationship by March 2016, after a six month grace period they felt able to go public Instagramming their relationship 😖 his poor ex

What was the club night Boutros out of curiosity?

It was a night called Abode. Dance music but not what I would call a rave (might be me showing my age there😂) One of her model friends is married to a DJ, they introduced them.
I used to live near Joe and his ex was very different to Rosie

I think it might be Rosie reading here. Joe has been at the event all day so it’s her handing out the snacks....while the cat is away and all that 😂

That’s intuitive eating. Time and again labelling foods good and bad causes hang ups.

Perhaps JW doesn’t label them as that per se but the way in which he’s weaning Indie shows that toxic diet culture runs through him like letters in a stick of rock.

If I heard Indie and Marley being shouted across a park, I’d turn around expecting to see a pair of excitable labradors rather than children.

Apparently Rosie is not yet 30? She’s undeniably a good looking woman but I thought she was about 34.

She seems to be extremely private, she's not unattractive though from her online pics! Just obviously not the ex glamour model type.

She’s aged herself with that haircut. Definitely a deliberate step to move away from the glamour model look to fit in with the Mummy set in Richmond. Although thanks to google she’ll never hide her past so no matter how much money they have people will still look down on her....they’re brutal
