Yeah, I was thinking that! He's doing well. Although, looks like a lake swim and the course for bike and run is flat as a pancake, so he should be flying!
 
All that time to train, and money thrown at it (ludicrously ££ TT bike, swim coaching) plus a mate who's an experienced iron man to give him a training plan I'd be surprised he didn't make it. But let's not forget, most of the other competitors, including his mate, are doing this on top of actual jobs. His job is literally being a fitness influencer!
He already was insufferable though 🤣
 
Fair play, he did it! Good for him (not sarcastic!). But yes, it's not quite as hard as all the regular folk who do it around full time work and kids and partners who also work full time. But well done, he proved me wrong. Let's hope he shouts out all the regular people who also completed it.

He will be now he doesn't have his latest obsession to focus on. His life has revolved around the training for months now - he'll be flat as a pancake with nothing to focus on. I think ice baths in suburban London won't cut it.
 
The are the very reason why I always carry anti-bacterial wipes in a plane and wipe everything down 🤮 (and because my cabin crew friend said it’s a must do as planes never get cleaned anymore🤮🤮) also come on now Joe there’s 5 of you in your own premium economy seats, it’s not really a hardship is it compared to economy. Those kids have been on so many flights they know the drill by now

Plus it’s their choice to fly there and back to America! I have no sympathy for his recent travelling stories.
