Whenever I do a workout video I prefer it when they've got a small space with the sofa in the background. Then I know it's something I can definitely do at home.

It's his bloody The Office reference fest again.
I assume he's trying to make it a meme, but it's so horrifically out of date most people are either too young to have watched it, or are old enough to have watched it and forgotten about it.
So it falls flat because hardly anybody knows what he's going on about all the time.
When you have to explain your references and jokes all the time it might be a hint to give it up
