Perfect summary except I think it's misleading to picture a TV presenter as they usually have a modicum of charisma. Think the style of one with the magnetism and brain cells of a potato who got way way too lucky due to the YouTube structure allowing for nepotism over merit (ie his friendship with joe and Caspar)
 
Stunt casting at its best, look at the terrible ticket sales, the show has only 17 weeks left and won't be extended. I expect he'll do 8 weeks like Ashley and at least Blake is at the end of his contract unlike the actress they dumped to stunt cast Ashley. It's a flop, stunt casting will put bums on seats and stop it closing early.

His title is creative director, he helps with content, odd considering his content has turned to tit.
As for being business minded, there is no flies on Joe, he is very strategic in his thinking and always planning for the future. Guarantee Joe knows exactly how to play the game and knows the business he has a company in.

But when does he go to work? He did strictly then spent about half of 2019 so far on holiday and now is going to be in a musical? Maybe he has a savvy mind in some ways but he can't be more than a token presence at the office - not the full time job a creative director really is.

His title is the creative side and Caspar is the business side. But Joe puts on a big show, agree with others, he is very savvy with business and such really. He knows how to make a mint.
 
Can’t actually get my head round the fact joe has been cast in a musical. Fair enough waitress isn’t exactly the best or most successful, but surely there were plenty of people who are actually trained that could have played the role?
It’s going to be like the joe Sugg show, don’t think his fans realise that he is not the main character and they do not know how to act in theatres according to their tweets.
 
He's only been on a stag without Dianne, they've been out of the country less than 2 weeks together, with another week or so with Dianne's family. Don't think he does a great deal for Margravine but Casper is Director or investor in at least six companies I know of, not actually sure what he does either. Figure heads I suppose.
