Yeah there was a lot of chat about her renting or buying etc so I added my info. Just as odd as someone joining only a few days ago saying she went to school with her. The whole point of these threads are to have a witch don’t really get what there is to ‘defend’ all I can see is the house thing seems to be a hot topic on here

Anyway once again no one really cares if JoJo and Madam did or did not have mortgage approval....the reason people are commenting is because people remember she went on her high horse basically saying people buying a home with a mortgage were silly coz ‘you don’t own your home, the bank do’ etc etc and she was gonna rent until she could build blah blah blah. Then does a u turn when it suits her with no explanation even to say look I used to think this but now I’ve changed my mind etc. The usual constant contradiction when it suits her.

Exactly like her whole ‘I’m a big fish in a small pond’ (lol) speech when she wanted to tell everyone she was really legging it to London to pursue her relationship with the PT. Then decides to come home coz he ditched her but really if she was over there for work why wouldn’t she stay there regardless of her relationship status?

As per Mark Twain, if she just told the truth she wouldn’t have to remember anything. She lies so much that then later she clearly forgets what she’s said and contradicts herself.
 
Obviously Adam has told her it's better to rent or buy or live in your parents holiday home or whatever the hell she's doing. He also told her it's good to be vegan. It's good to (pretend to) swim in the ocean. It's fun to have a dog. Basically she just latches on to whatever the current boyfriend's views are. She's too insecure to have her own ideas.

Apparently they put an offer on a house which ‘fell through’ - as in someone out bid her. There’s very few property’s with a sea view within a certain budget so I’d say they went back to the drawing board and are renting.

Seems madness to be putting so much work into a house unless it’s a long term lease?

She 100% my eye had approval !! Just because someone says it happened doesn’t make it true. The offer fell through because the approval didn’t happen.

I understand what people are saying about investing in a property you don't own, but also, with the housing market the way it is, and the added difficulty joanne probably has in getting a mortgage given her employment status, I can see why she would invest in it if she's there for the foreseeable. She probably knows she will be there for some time and happily invests in it because while it is not her property, it is currently her home. If she was building extensions or knocking down walls, then yeah I'd be questioning it, but buying garden furniture that she can easily take to the next house when she moves.... i don't really see the issue. Just because she doesnt own the house doesnt mean it's not currently the place she calls home and I dont think its weird to be house proud. Its nice to make your home comfortable and enjoyable, whether you own it or not, its home.

On the photos- I dont see why she thinks that chiselled jaw and hollow cheeks do her any favours. She looks much better natural and more soft. Maybe its a case of wanting what you cant have, because I have quite angular features and I would love a softer more feminine jawline, so it kills me that she photoshops that 😂

She looks stunning in that screenshot of her live- very feminine, pretty, soft features. I can’t understand at all why she photoshops herself to be so angular

Yeh I agree rent or buy it’s her home and nothing wrong with buying furniture or tat, adding touches here or there and take pride all you like, share on your page, inspire people, but a home account was set up so she could benefit and get “press drops” let call a spade a spade, she is no more an interior designer than I am Naomi Campbell
