Well Jim was just as delusional and chasing Hollywood talking about all his screen plays, good meetings and how some were being made (two years later and I've still not heard anything).
I’ve been in a marriage like that though where my ambition was too much for my ex and he tried to replicate it. It was never going to work. I think they both realised that YT is very short lived, it’s only for the really young and as your viewers grow up they drop off. I couldn’t imagine how much pressure that might be especially if you’re accustomed to the money side of it. Having said that I’ve always gotten a vibe from Jim that he was somewhat jealous but Tanya being more successful than him was always the case - she was the one that was on YT first and encouraged him to do the same. The fact she then changed career direction was always going to doom their marriage - she grew and he got lost and I think he’s still now trying to find his place in the world. It’s actually all quite sad really
I disagree that YouTube is just for the young. The problem with the gleam lot is they offer very little - they were just at the right place and time. Plenty of people keep their subscribers but they manage to grow and develop themselves and can make quality content. All Jim can do is show the tit he got for free or is paid to promote. There's no skill or talent to back it up.

Oh I agree wholeheartedly about Gleam. Everyone under them is a cash cow and get milked to death. I don’t actually think anyone under them is given the opportunity to grow and do anything different, we only have to look at a certain cleaning account to recognise this. But I definitely think YT is for the young, me and a lot of my friends used to watch it religiously but not anymore because we just don’t have the time. Short form content is more popular now which is why most influencers concentrate much more on insta etc. It’s short, snappy and doesn’t have to remain on the channel if they don’t want it to

I think she’s just young and very naive, as someone here said this is her first big relationship and she probably doesn’t really know what she’s doing. Side note but I find it hilarious she believes herself to be famous enough to use a celeb app and not just tinder like everyone else

Couldn’t agree more, there’s something really off with them.
I think the fact that it’s so public plays a massive part. There’s absolutely no way they’d be this smitten or engaged if they lived their life off of social media without having to prove something to people at all times
I agree. I think it’s because everything they post looks very staged so that they look like this perfect couple. At least with Tanya they had some normal and relaxed photos together. It looks like they aren’t going to waste any time in getting married, Jim posted about how they have a lot to plan already! I don’t get what the rush is.
