*May be* signs of autism.
In the community we say ‘if you’ve met one autistic person, then you’ve met one autistic person’. Autism ranges from fully non-verbal and unresponsive to people like me, who are ‘high functioning’ (but still have a helluva range of difficulties to deal with re: socialising, anxiety etc.)
Let’s please not diagnose her based on the limited information Jim provides via his SM? Babies flap their arms if they’re normative also; some meet their milestones later re: speech.

Oh I hate it when people post their kids like this for the world to see on the internet. Especially because they know better, but do it anyway. Why do you want creeps to see this? They are just like the saccone's aren't they? Poor Margot.
And when you call them out on it, they will just use the stupid excuse that you can see them like that in a freaking swimming pool as well and that you are the perv or whatever :sick: sick these people
 
Little Margot 😢 She seems a lovely wee girl.
One of my grandchilden is about the same age and her parents would not dream of putting up photos of her on public SM, let alone in the bath.
Awful. But that free trip means they'll sell their child's privacy for it. Lots of influencers go to that place for free.
