Everyone saying how tired she looks but I think she’s had Botox under her eyes and it basically stops them moving and looks dreadful, adds to a puffy look around them.
Also I may be way off base here but I feel like she looks like she’s a lost a little weight and wondering if she is on the ozempic injections but is going on about exercise to make it look like it’s been a natural loss so she doest’t have to admit it! Maybe I’m dreaming or else she’s just using slimming filters on her reels!

Ah least it’s not just me. First A/W outfit and she starts with summer trousers
I wore loads of trousers in the summer similar to those because they keep you cool. You’d be bleeping freezing wearing them in A/W hence why they’re in the sale.

Personally I don’t think she’s lost anything. She’s wearing a 24 in an oversized jacket and that wouldn’t fasten. If you look at the model on the ITS website of how it’s supposed to be worn she should wear at least one size bigger. She’s trying tell people she’s only 3 sizes bigger than the lass in the pics

Take it as someone who's a size 16 and has to wear a mask every night. I know far too much about it now.

Incidentally, I've been told that a stone weight loss for myself will help enormously and I'm half the size Jess is.

BTW, I'm a compulsive eater and am trying NAC at the moment (it's a supplement that inhibits compulsive behaviours). So far it's definitely helping me feel less hungry. Or maybe I don't even know what "hungry" even is, and it's just dialled down the "Not-actually-hungry-hungry"

Also haven't bitten my nails in a week!

There's loads of research into NAC, so have a Google.

What form are you taking it in, it makes me gag with the smell

What’s that weird scrunched up face she’s started doing? Is it to replace the wistful look off to the side?
