has anyone listened to "why do you think you've got no friends?" with Bebe? she comes across as very humorous, I wonder if Jessie will also be a guest / what she'll say 😳

I'm curious as to the overall impact Alfie's 'cancellation' had on his career/life, I was listening to a podcast with some comedians discussing it who likened it to the cancellation of Seann Walsh and said he was the most recent high(ish) profile comedian to get 'cancelled'. Apparently Alfie said he would see women looking at him out and about and 'didnt know if they fancied him or thought he was racist'

Quite! At the gig I saw him at there was quire a few mentions from him / the comic he was supporting saying 'thanks for being kind!' - obvs could just be standard but also wondered if it was because they expected some booing or something 😂

Don't know if it's a change in comedy direction, but I (regrettably) found him quite funny! I last saw him 7 or so years ago when he was doing more 'political' comedy with the bottom line being he 1) doesn't believe in anything and 2) is soooo much smarter than everyone else which was just irritating. I'd rather watch his show at Edinburgh than Jessie's now!

Also he looks like Jonathan Creek.

Where did she say that please?
like minute to or was it a different podcast to the Emily Laing one?
