I don't have implants but unusually large natural norks with stretch marks, veins and they are certainly not that perfectly coloured. Breast plate is my vote but I'd also hedge my bets on one of those weird latex full body suits.
Whatever it is, it's bloody awful.

I thought that was scar, rather than baggy skin? Unless the chest plate is loose and the boobs just dangle there?

I think he definetly had his tits done but because they were huge they went saggy very quick as we all know he is rubbish with aftercare and so probably never wore the bra he was supposed to after the surgery. Another theory is he had a complication and had to have them removed, so now wears a chest plate.
