I totally agree. Also in every article there seems to be the same quote that he's done everything possible to be as close as he can to being a woman, but to me he is as far removed from being a woman as he was before he started his crazy surgeries.

I find the sheer arrogance of him portraying what he thinks being a woman is to be the most repulsive thing about him. The look on his face when he looks like he's doing his "friends" makeup is priceless....."come here hun I'll do it I'm an expert" and then again the dainty stilettos 5 sizes too small. He does give me a good laugh most days especially when the saddlebags start swinging when he "dances".
 
I really think it’s due to the massive size of the implants, they’re so big that they’re pulling across the centre to create a crease. If he went down to a D cup you’d probably find the skin wouldn’t be almost translucent and stretched.
Just goes to show that any self respecting surgeon would refuse this size due to issues like this, but you get what you pay for.
 
That line/ripple between the breasts is called symmastia - the surgeons on Botched often see a few patients with this each season. It happens to many augmented breasts, usually when the implant is too large. (It can happen during reductions too when too much breast tissue too close to the sternum is removed).

JA is mentally ill, and plastic surgeons and the press are culpable in abetting his delusions as he's a walking cash machine/clickbait.

I agree there must be an issue re mental illness here, because he said that once he became a "woman" (which he most certainly isn't) that would be it yet he's continued having surgeries. It's like it's an obsession, chasing after the unattainable.
