Wow - they actually closed one of the go fund me's. The "smaller" one of course (of course $35,000 is not SMALL by any means)

They probably had to as that one specifically states that it’s for cancer treatment. Right? It would be fraud to continue it.
How will anyone prove what Kyle does with any of the funds from that account? Does Kyle need to give an accounting to the 'Go Fund Me' site of how the funds are spent? These are genuine questions on my part, because I don't know how the 'Go Fund Me' works from the side of the person receiving the funds.

It is my understanding that you can do anything with your GFM, many people use it pretending to have medical bills or eviction notices but use the money for new cars and holidays.

It’s in the GFM Terms of Service that you have to use the money for what you say you are collecting it for. She’s dead so they obviously are not collecting it for cancer treatment. They could have changed the description like they did on the other GFM so they could keep collecting, but they would have gotten more backlash from “haters.”

Edited to add: Also, it’s fraudulent, in a legal context.

Just like the Applefords!

That falls under the “making memories” category. Buying a new car or going to Hawaii is usually very memorable. 😂 That’s why they have such broad descriptions in the other GFM. No one can dispute what constitutes “making memories” or “supporting the family going forward.”

Well, I get that they don't want all the crazy fans around. Some scary weirdos out there, like that "breathe her in, Kyle!" lady... You don't want to meet that creep. The Applefords love to take that kind of people's money though, and that's gross.
@Make sense of it! I thought exactly the same thing. What incredible life, poor Jenny? She got married and had 2 kids: a pretty average life in my book. The YouTube fame didn't change that. Why do they always have to come up with some stupid exaggerated BS? She beat cancer! Her life was incredible! Well no and no. You don't need to make up BS to celebrate someone. 💁🏼

I saw this story in the New York Times, the money that Casey raised will go to a foundation that purchases medical debts at a discount ... and the patients' bills are paid off. Casey had Stage 4 ovarian cancer. She passed away at age 38, leaving behind a husband, a young child, and a whole lotta good. She thought of other ill people instead of new patio furniture and a pick up truck.

A Cancer Patient’s Last Wish: To Pay Off the Medical Debt of Others
Casey McIntyre organized a campaign that has raised nearly $220,000 since she died a week ago. The funds are expected to pay off more than $20 million in debt, an official said.

What a truly incredible and selfless young lady. (More than l can say about Jenny and Kyle). The legacy that Casey Mc Intyre has left will change the lives of so many, even in her passing she continues to help others. RESPECT. Rest in peace Casey.

It makes sense to not put the venue when the in-person group would be family and friends. I can picture strangers/people hanging around outside the venue just to be a part of the whole thing. That might scare the children.

Absolutely agree. I do hope he continues to show less and less of the children online. It's creepy seeing messages, "Kyle I miss you and the kids".

How in the heck does Jenny Apple's channel have 181k subs and why are they still gaining subs? It's JENNYS channel (not Kyles) she's gone and she's not coming back so what are they subbing for? There is nothing left to see other than a memorial service at the end of December.
"Nothing left to see" is relative to the type of viewer in question!
The new subscribers may be prospective, or, rather, prospecting belles for Kyle the beau! They'll be on the lookout for the day when Kyle removes his wedding band. Then, they are going to pounce! They are subscribing because they don't want to miss the chance to be the first ones to hit on him the day he removes his ring.
