I quite like her and as I said I love maid in manhattan but I think I know what you mean. She makes a good Sunday afternoon hangover movie. ITV 2 - Jurassic park, columbo, sister act, Indiana jones. Something that is easy to watch. I’m going to look up Selena though.

I love J Lo rom coms, she can do funny acting, reminds me a bit of Barbra Streisand style.

I find her stunning but I also don't because of her personality.
Her star quality has been chipped away at with the pap calls and her ego exploding to the highest levels - it's vulgar rather than A list magical Hollywood.

As for Ben, he's A list Hollywood but a miserable git!
 
Her ego makes her very unattractive. In the early days she was more down to earth. Humble but confident, and that was really appealing.
I quite enjoyed the documentary on making the film, it did make me laugh how she was so adamant it needed to be told and so ploughed her own money into it, and then moaned about her paying for fancy camera lenses and stuff.
 
I think she's an atrocious human being who thinks her shit don't stink. She probably has people to spray air freshener after she's had a poo so that everyone think she smells of roses and violets. Yes, she looks incredible, but doesn't she know it. Her relationship with PDiddy or whatever that cunt is calling himself these days shows just what sort of a person she is. I can imagine that if 5 minutes goes past when her partner doesn't tell her how beautiful she is, she throws an absolute tantrum. High maintenance doesn't even cover it.
 
I think Ben is as awful as Jennifer Lopez in different ways.
The man is an alcoholic, gambler etc. He is always looking angry and bored like he's rather be anywhere else (probably drinking in a casino with high end escorts pretending to find him intelligent and interesting)
He blamed his first wife for his drinking, had affairs with the nannies, looked miserable with his much younger girlfriends, now miserable after a year with his second wife. It's him, he's just a miserable man who'll never be happy until he does the work to fix himself.

Jennifer Lopez doesn't have anyone who seems to say a good word about working on encountering her, but in this case my view is the problem is Ben. She clearly adored him, even with his back tat

Agree with all of this.Jennifer is a narcisstic nightmare, we all know that,but there is something dark about Ben. He's a deeply troubled man.

What was the story about Ben and J Garner? I knew he had cheated but didn’t realise he blamed her about his other issues?

He publicly stated he was miserable, felt trapped being married to her, and that is why he drank a bottle of scotch every night and passed out on the sofa. Then when called out on blaming someone else for his own behaviour he back tracked. He'll do the same with Jennifer Lopez, and the next woman he dates etc.

I feel sorry for Jlo's kids, in their short lives the many men that have played a role in their lives as father figures or protectors of their mum and on public as well as private scale: their dad, Cris, Alex, Ben, the next one.
