I mentioned this when she got to her million. No way has she got this many genuine followers. Why would she be getting up to 2,000 new followers everyday with her content? She wouldn’t. There are instahuns out there with better content (not difficult tbf), much higher engagement rates, more brand work but with half the following of hers.

The 30% does make sense! I get her wanting to get that 1mill badge, because it makes you look valid and means your engagement rate doesn’t have to be high so it look’s better when brands want to work with her, bur surely they would do there own research and see that something is off.If she really is buying followers it will backfire! Also her using her other account to launch her jeans brand is really cheeky. If she had any faith in her new jeans brand she would just create a new account and not piggy back off an old account.

Totally. More fool the people who still follow her old account. I don’t follow her on any accounts. I occasionally look at her stories but find her very fake and disingenuous so just come on here to catch up 😂
 
So many influencers set up a side page, usually a private account to make people feel like they are getting exclusive content then they go quiet for ages so people forget they are following it then bam it's a business account. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if people didn't sell these accounts too - I've followed people that I'm genuinely interested in and all of a sudden it's someone completely different.
