It grates on me so much when she says jean, trouser and now legging 🙄🙄🙄
It’s an annoying habit some influencers do of taking something pluralised and making it singular.
---
I’ve just seen her latest tik tok, my poor eyes!! 😫
She’s ’obsessed’ - she seems to think they really flatter her or something but all I say is that her bum has lost shape completely compared to how she used to be. It’s not a ‘vibe’ as she would say.

.....Her bum is so saggy now in comparison to what it was. I don't know why she loves leggings that just about show her rectum!

Had a reel come up from the company that she's working with for ambela jeans, the person filmed her just kind of standing there, I guess carys didn't know. so this is what she actually looks like just everyday life. it's obvious she sucks in and pushes it out when she pleases but she is naturally much closer to the pushed out belly😬 and can she wear a bra, it looks horrendous. I have big boobs and would just never, she cannot say that top or whatever is giving her support

butt looks nothing like the leggings photo either....

The process you guys have south of the border baffles me. In Scotland, buying a house takes approximately 4-6 weeks from having an offer accepted to picking up keys. I've done it in 8 days for a cash purchaser. You really spend year/s doing this!?
What if the house you’re selling is in a chain? Surely the same thing happens in Scotland.

Proves that every photo/reel is incredibly staged, even the "unstaged" ones.

Ooh what’s the company name please?

I think (but could well be wrong lol someone correct me if so) that in Scotland, a survey is carried out on the property as part of the listing process (rather than something the buyer does) so any major issues are highlighted before an offer is made, thus reducing the chances of people pulling out because of problems that become apparent after starting the process?

I'm sure it still happens but if you know a property needs major work doing before you make an offer, it probably negates tons of chain related problems because people don't start the process on a property they know they don't want

It’s not always to do with work on the house though, sometimes it’s finances. Peoples finances fall through, pre approvals expire, etc etc. I don’t see how those things could be avoided altogether. Great that they do the survey pre sale though.

Re the Scottish process. You are selling, and you have a home report carried out that will be issued to anyone who requests it. Once an offer is put it, your Solicitor orders searches which come in the next day. This involves title deeds (if held on the Land Register), PEC and Legal Rpeort. This gets sent to the Purchasing Solicitor to examine title and go back to their client to discuss anything property related. A date of entry is agreed in advance, and is put on the missives. These are concluded once you have finance in place etc and are as sure as you can be you won't be the reason for any delay.

The chain would all have to agree, but everyone is usually working around the same time frame. Chains can be short if a first time buyer is involved, buy to let or if its an Executry sale. So chain sizes do vary. Some people also have gaps between their sale and purchase if, for example, you are buying a new build which have a timeframe of their own so to avoid losing your sale, people like to get it over with so as to avoid stress.

It sounds stressful, but if you've got a good and organised Solicitor, it should be really quite smooth 😊

I haven’t watched Carys on Youtube or read along on here for a while and this will be probably unpopular but I do actually enjoy her reels again now. Feel like she’s found what she wants to post and is doing well from it

I’ve always been mixed on how I feel about her tbh like I like her but Ibalso don’t?

Anyway - why does James not seem to exist anymore?
