Jade Billington #3 Jade's gone AWOL, is Matt off the payroll?

I genuinely think if Matt didn't like social media if given a ransom to quit Jade would have done.
I'm shocked he just left, I don't understand why would anyone give up what appeared on the surface to be a wonderful life (granted to don't know what goes on behind closed doors). I believe Jade's post. I think she was respectful and answered a lot more than I expected. She could have kept it short saying they had gone their separate ways and to give then privacy.
 
I rewatched that clip again from the last video about whether they’d go to Disney without each other and omg you’re right, you can see the sadness it matt’s eyes. Jade leans in to him and says ‘we would never ever go if we weren’t together ’ and he just stares blankly at the camera, doesn’t lean back and says a very blunt ‘yep’

I just re watched it too and agree. And she’s glowing in that video, she seems so happy. I really do believe she didn’t see it coming 🙁

Matt always came across as happy in their day to day vlogs but whenever it was a sit down q&a or something similar he always looked fed up and couldn’t be arsed.
 
So gutted for Jade, whatever has happened he should have given her an explanation, 12 years ffs! Absolutely despicable. Me and my partner have always speculated Matt is gay (absolutely nothing wrong with it) but to string poor Jade along. You do wonder how much longer it would have all been carried on if they were still going on holidays etc
 
Jade is gorgeous and sweet. She can't see it now but she'll pull out of this blossoming.

I read "this is it" as though there are often arguments and this one was The one. They said in some earlier video that they bicker all the time. Maybe it just finally came to a head. Or maybe Matt IS a piece of tit. Seems likely. If he isn't, if he's not "guilty" or anything, why isn't he offering his side? You only go into hiding if you have something to hide.
 
On her most recent insta post, the one where the comments were removed, someone asked if they were booking a trip to Hawaii and Jade said hehe maybe. Perhaps they were looking at booking something and that was what made Matt decide to finally say something. He was probably going through the motions but booking another trip is either a commitment to stay or a silly thing to do if you know you don't want to stay

Yep just watched and agree completely as well. He literally goes yep :confused: and his face just falls

That’s a really good point! Matt knew he’d be getting his money back from their May Disney trip because of covid cancellations, which is convenient. But perhaps he realised he’d have to say something soon or he’d get tied to another trip.

And also, Disney 2022 tickets went on sale early feb and their plan was always to rebook. Perhaps Matt knew this was coming. Hawaii and Florida are two very expensive holidays, so I can imagine he didn’t want to commit if he had no intention of going, as it’s a lot of money to lose

Matt has definitely been removing comments, as like someone else pointed out, all the ones calling him a rat or alluding to him cheating have gone. Doesn’t sound like someone who’s never coming back online! I wonder if he’ll say something
 
I truly believe she was blindsided by it. I don’t think she’d write that if it wasn’t the case because he could easily come out and argue it. I think going back to Disney will be the last thing she’s thinking about right now. She’s got divorce, a house, pets and a life she’s built with someone for 12 years to figure out. Everything in their house is theirs. She’s never had another boyfriend. I honestly feel so heartbroken for her. I just hope people are kind because regardless of your view on her, this is tough on anyone more so during a pandemic where you can’t go anywhere or see anyone to take your mind off it.

Hey! Another long time lurker and first time poster! 👋🏻

I’m so heartbroken for Jade, for them both to be honest. I truly do believe that Matt was in love with her but we never know what’s going on behind closed doors or in someone’s head, so I can’t comment on his actions when we don’t know the full extent of them. But I believe that this will be the making of Jade and not the breaking of her! I know she probably feels the lowest she’ll ever feel right now, but looking at her Instagram comments and even the comments on here, she’s got a lot of love surrounding her and with that, she can and will get through this! “Sometimes good things fall apart, so better things can come together!” I really hope that Jade comes back to her YouTube and Instagram and goes “y’know what, this is me now, let’s do this, I’m ready!” and if she does do that, I know we will all be blown away by it and be so proud of her, but I reckon she’ll also blow herself away and be proud of herself for how far she’s come! She’s got a lot going for her and any future guy would be lucky to have her, but I definitely think she should start to learn to love herself before she opens herself up to the idea of loving someone again. I truly do think this will be the making of Jade! She’s got this! 💪🏻

Anyone else really want to see some solo Disney/holiday Vlogs from her in the future?! 😍 I know I sure do!

Jade, if you are happen to be reading here, just know that you are a strong, independent woman, who don’t need no man! You’ve got this! 2021 is your year to shine! xx
