I love chicken livers. I used them in a ragu for a lasagne yesterday. I also make a delicious chicken liver pate (although a few years ago poisoned myself with horrific campylobacter, shitting through the eye of a needle for 9 days, but that's another story). However, they would not be something I'd buy when feeding a 10 yr old and a "vegan".

It really is a thing, I used to like this:https://www.thetakeiteasychef.com/liver-masala-curry-recipe or something very near it from a takeaway in Croydon.
Jack won't do this though, she will just chuck it into a pot with some lard, curry powder, raw onions and POBP, poss add some snips of kale, coriander, mint, grass or cabbage as most green things are much the same.

This is it. She cant even cook onions correctly. You've fucked a curry straight away at that point!
