It’s actually laughable. Every piece of evidence has to be properly investigated, and recorded.

Even in the case of malicious texts, the police will take your phone to remove copies of them and ask the network provider to confirm the time stamps.

I’m sure it’s different for civil cases but if it was civil she wouldn’t need to involve the police at all.

She cannot rock up to the police station with all her carefully selected print outs and demand justice.
Innocent until proven guilty you absolute knob.
And that’s guilty in the eyes of the law, not in the fake bruised eyes of a deranged narcissist.

(Sorry but i hate it when she tries to scare people with her lawyer talk)

I think that any (thinly veiled) reference to here is fair game to screen shot and share, even when her account is locked.

Lots of people here are followers of hers and have legitimate access to her tweets. Admin have said that they have no problem with us sharing any of her locked tweets.

Her history of tweeting and deleting has allowed her in the past to chat all kinds of tit. Well, if she wants to get the lawyers involved and take police action then let's keep our receipts in order. The Judge in her case against Katie Hopkins commented on her mass deleting, so let's help keep the case accurate this time. 💅

I am more than happy to answer any questions the police would like to put to me about why I think her presenting is tit, recipes are tit, books are tit, articles are tit, everything is tit. Tbh I can't see that they'll be at all interested, but I am willing to give Jack her little tantrum.

Can't wait to see her try and prove we've damaged her brand, while she was mounting furniture in her worst underwear and tweeting Henry hoover gifs at David Walliams.

I would personally love it, I will represent us all in court happily 😃

Even from a legal point of view it would be really interesting.
Im presuming she’s still going down the libel route (don’t need the police for that hun).

But the judge would have to look at all the actual evidence, all the tit presenting and being a knob on Twitter, and decide if that or tattle damaged her brand more.

It might finally sink in that she is the problem.

Does this mean we have two lawyers to represent us vs Jack’s one? (I think @Dogmuck is a lawyer too?) it’d be great to have another one among us so we could have *three*.

I don’t know that she is really, I think she just had to interview him on the letdown larder. Though she did admit LIVE that she didn’t want him to be nice, you know because he’s all up in her niche!
Didn’t someone say that she tried to coin one pound meals but people pointed out that she was in fact all up in Miguel’s niche? 🤔
 
Hasn't she got a book to write, or something? But time to waste on Twitter.

I bet the book will just be a rehash of her story (which let's face it, won't take long to write, she has done it a thousand times) followed by a few stories that have been sent her that haven't been fact checked. She has probably already finished it.

Plus I believe her behavior will be taken into account , so posting such a number of pictures publicly online that could identify her home and her whereabouts will reduce the veracity of her account of her alleged fear

She's just doing it for the drama

I can imagine her down the police station, "They are all bullies, they don't like me. They said my food looks like slop and my finger nails are dirty. They have even worked out where I live from the information I have posted online."

As far as I know no ones gone round her house - people have said they’ve very easily been able to find her house online and that’s she’s an idiot for posting so much info. All she’s done is continue to post even more identifying information - I think she’s desperate for someone to turn up.

Before today I had no idea what her front door looked like, how close her house was the the road etc - now I do. Madness.

I hope Jack is not being genuinely being harrassed, but if she was, wouldn't the advice be don't virtually publish your home address, along with details of where you are staying or going and the trains you are taking to get there. And the times your house is empty, with clear photo of your locks (this is basic security advice to everyone) so assume the needing a lawyer refers to something else.

Could it be that the DW team are not happy about Jack calling him a coke sniffing racist (we have the receipts) and are taking action.

I'm a long term reader of these threads and ad hoc poster, since the DKL days if not before and I have a good memory for all the dubious claims Jack has made and the commentary on her on here. No one has ever posted her street name or road name or or any thing that could identify where she lives. Maybe she does have a stalker via her Twitter trolls? Probably not a good idea to put the front door on Twitter then Jack
