In answer to your question about floor managers, yes that's exactly what they do. I don't do much studio based stuff but did one last year. Our set was in a warehouse that had been dressed, everyone has a very specific job.

But even when you are on a smaller set/shoot, you don't list all of the jobs you're doing because you just do them 😂 I've done basic makeup on people (mainly to reduce shine from lights) as well as a bunch of other stuff but I would never call myself a makeup artist.

Why do C-D lister female cooks feel the need to get their tits out?

The female chefs don't. The A listers don't. The majority of the Bs don't do it, either.



It's almost a shorthand for 'I'm actually a bit tit in the kitchen, but I've got tits, so have a look send money and do your cooking using books from people who know what they're doing instead'. Which, unfortunately, is very often a male chef. It's not even pulling the ladder up from any new female cooks or chefs, it's kicking the ladder away from themselves.
 
Gizzi is really talented, and seems a real grafter. She puts the work in, and also consistently promotes the use of high welfare meat/cheaper cuts etc. She looks fabulous in the pics, and I don’t think she limits herself as just a chef, so good luck to her.

Cack could NEVER! Literally never, look that comfortable and natural. Same as with cooking. I do wonder with compulsive liars, if they’re more awkward because they’re living under a permanent facade and are spending so much energy on maintaining it that they lose their personality? Even Gizzi’s cats are gorgeous. Jack must be more jealous of her than she is of Nigella or Nadiya.

She’s so insecure it’s ridiculous 🤢. She needs CONSTANT validation, reassurance and attention. And continuously flits between being a victim, an outraged crusader and an outright bloody weirdo so she can get her fix 🙄.

Wish people would stop fawning over her whenever she makes some new bullshit announcement or post looking for one of the above. Grrrr 🤬
