You think that but I remember the professionals once in the (UK) and Monica gave them a bird to prepare and the amount of them that made a proper hash of it was amazing. I mean they were cutting of legs and slicing off bits. I couldn't believe it.

I have to say that cake looks decent for a jack recipe, and all the different options of what you could put in the cake instead, is what we have needed from the whole show from the very beginning, lots of explanations etc even if forced by Matt, much better, still awkward but I think that's just her demeanour
