I think you're right in that there are seasoned provocateurs in both the Israel and Palestine camps. However, it must be a new low for a solicitor (especially one specialising in defamation and freedom of expression) to engage in such deliberately crappy behaviour. I can't see how one's professional reputation won't be tarnished by this. I certainly wouldn't want him acting for me, in any capacity.
He’s always been a controversial character, since he got reprimanded by the Law Society or whoever tells Lawyers to behave.
Lawyers love arguing, they’re not all paragons of virtue they just like arguing a point to try to win, don’t necessarily care if it’s right or wrong. Willy waving for people who didn’t want to work in finance in The City.
