I have to visit a hospital in London to see a specialist at the end of August. I am shitting myself about the journey and having to travel on public transport. This is really interesting. I feel like you’ve just described me, @Flumps. And @TheDragonWithAFlagon. I’ve just been diagnosed with a chronic illness (ulcerative colitis) and I have been much more depressed than usual. So, so anxious and panicky with constant intrusive thoughts.
