As I don't have SEVERE arthritis I don't eat fish but would it not be easier and possibly cheaper to buy some lemons and limes and make a ceviche in the normal way rather risk food poisoning and do it completely wrong using tinned pineapple? When I was a poor what I wanted above all was reliability from food because if I fucked it up I'd have nothing to replace it.
