I think Jack has been reading Kimberley Wilson's material, she writes a lot about diet and brain health (and unlike Jack, her food is appetising). It's easy to see where Jack 'borrows' inspiration from once you clock the source (see the recent, "salt from the riverbanks of my home county," and Nigella)
