duck me. Talk about how to insult someone's intelligence. If I were Louisa, I'd do what one person did on Come Dine With Me where they phoned the local takeaway, had it delivered through their kitchen window and dished it up as if they had cooked it themselves!
I wouldn't even do that I duck off to the nicest restaurant I could find with a table for one and get them to make their bloody own.

1 bunch of spring onions - WHITE NOT RED

How readily available are red spring onions - did that need to be clarified in caps?! Who uses spring onions as the 'base' of a curry anyway. Hilarious that this recipe sounds so patronising, self-important and overly complicated when it also sounds so incredibly tit. It's just slop.
Why would you find it best to cut spring onions with a BREAD KNIFE?! 😩

Seriously, red flags all through that...

That is also not how you give someone instructions to guide them through a task that they're new to, she'd be a terrible educator. Just reading those instructions leaves you feeling stressed and worried about getting something wrong (and I can cook!), not comfortable and confident that you can do the task. Awful bloody woman.

It's worth taking a look at Jack's Insta smoothie bowl phase - lots of uncomfortable "I only had a banana but I made this masterpiece for Mrs J" comments (the most notorious one, about Sophie the dog, has long since been deleted).

Then there's this.

Charcoal and dark muddy granola. Because you're worth it.

Set yourself up with purple teeth and pesky seeds to worry all day.
Just my opinion m’lud but in my experience good sex keeps people in a relationship for far longer than it should. It tapers and then it starts 🙁 all this kind of thing.

There are dry chia seeds on the top of that bowl, this is potentially dangerous

If this was posted by a woman in a heterosexual relationship you’d be sending her details of a DV charity. Not even being flippant, that’s full-on abuser stuff. 🚩🚩🚩

As someone above says... Louisa doesn’t need to be able to cook. She’s busy and well paid and Ocado exists. “Teaching” her is just a cover for control and belittlement by a woman who is good at precisely duck all.

I’ve a friend who for years was beaten black and blue and financially controlled by her female partner. Abuse in same sex relationships isn’t spoken about enough. Funny, then, I suppose, that Jack has, when she’s clearly the perpetrator in other circumstances.
I posted my concerns a couple of days ago then deleted my message. But it all feels very reminiscent of a friend’s relationship. Sniping in public, putting them down etc 😔

Also I think that she probably said something like do you love it like the bowls of coloured slop and she said she loved them and that started them every day.

Kind of like when your a teen and you tell you mum you like a type of perfume or something and you're still getting it in you're 30s. 😂

Sometimes I think we go too far speculating about the nature of her relationship.

And then we see THAT.

A relative of mine was in a marriage based on coercive control. Her husband dictated to her (up to telling her what hairstyle to get and choosing her outfits), micromanaged her, belittled and humiliated her. Her story has a happy ending (SHE LEFT and married a truly wonderful man) but so many don't.

I want to be able to laugh at Jack's nonsense, but here I can't.
She is a spiteful pixie
