I think she's had the house unsearchable, but it's easy if you know how.
You won't know how much they all sold for, for a while now but I think over paid for the house as so many nicer ones around for similar price, but probably paid for the road.

Dare I say the bay windows will now replace the 'VeLUx windows' lol

They must be planning on extending, surely, the living room alone looks so cramped with that massive bulky green sofa. I reckon they will be getting an extension on and that will become the kitchen downstairs, and then another room upstairs.

I know the new build in Wakefield was small boxy rooms, but they had waaayyyy more space. each to their own, but why the sudden obsession with York? I know York is very lush, but why are they so obsessed with 'moving to a new city'.

I live in York. It’s ove repriced constantly busy traffics a nightmare. We’re looking to move into one of the outer villages cos it’s too much!!!! But the we don’t tit money and just buy tit because we have no other purpose in life x
