The only thing I can think of is maybe she isn’t particularly bright. (I’m trying to be polite here), but I agree, I can’t think what he could possibly bring to her life.

Interesting article. I noted he said his dream companion if stuck in an elevator would be Alice, but then he put the following:

That’s it exactly. She underestimates and judges everyone by her own over-estimated intelligence. She's met her match on here alone. All from the things SHE posts herself.

Don't underestimate the kind of woman she is. We know nothing of her personality, and there are many women who are the "type" to settle for men like him. Just because she is physically pretty does not mean she has a personality to match.
