every time I see a Alice supporter write that Ioan is using the courts to abuse Alice (or even more braindead: the kids) I wonder in what alternate universe they live.

Despite many many breached court orders by Alice he hasnt filed a single time for contempt. Despite having good cause (even Alice's minions keep saying he should) he has only filed once a emergency (for custody evaluation which the CHILDREN's lawyer agreed to). He made two request of orders: custody (50/50 - how abusive) and the house sale (very standard, especially since it seemed to have been almost entirely HIS seperate property, she had two years time, Costner's ex two months). The DVRO was so appropriate that the DA felt raising charges against Alice fore breaching it was necessary.

Meanwhile Alice constantly breaches court orders, delays hearings, fires lawyers on short notice. Has actually filed over Ella a clearly vexatious RO request (that ended up putting her extensions in a traumatic situation). She also has not made any other requests herself which indicates that Ioan isnt "legally abusing" her off-court either (like not paying child support)

If anything Ioan is a very soft litigant. I WISH he actually was what Alice's crew believes he is. At least that way she'd get what she deserves, but unfortunately she always tries to extend anything bad on to her kids.

In short: trying to get divorced, re-establish a relationship to your kids and protect yourself from your abuser is only in crazy land unreasonable. Imagine genders were reversed im this

She makes her children attack and assault Bianca and Ioan, they then abuse people on the street and Ella fakes her injuries.
They file a RO based on this, Ioan has more evidence of what actually happened despite him having no idea it was going to happen, he presents his evidence in court.
The judge realises Ella lied and possibly faked her injuries, reminded her and Alice that she had no representation because they didn't get any, Ioan and Bianca have representatives because child abuse is a serious claim and they were able to prove their innocence.
The RO is rejected, Ella starts her crocodile tears in and outside the court as part of her ever growing bratty performance, their plan fails, yet this is Ioan's fault?
Ioan is a bad dad for defending himself against a child absue claim and having the audacity to provide evidence that he is innocent.
Did I get this right?

No I don't think that's quite right.

1) You said "she makes her children attack and assault..." I don't think Elsie assaulted anyone, did she?
2) Who did the girls abuse on the street? I must have missed this?
3) I'm not sure if Ella faked her injuries. She had bruising, but what was in doubt was if Bianca bashed her on purpose, like Alice and Ella claim.
4) BIB - what do you mean by this?
5) I'm still very reticent to call Ella a brat, she has been manipulated by her mother and I feel incredibly sorry for her.

Luckily, the last hearing (for which we are awaiting the transcript) was the hearing on the appointment of the child custody evaluator, and neither Ioan nor Alice were in attendance.

Funny Lin will share private emails from Ioan and Bianca criticising Alice but nothing at all from the emails Alice sent her attacking them.

Very strange that because it doesn’t reflect well on IG and B. I know she doesn’t care what anonymous people like us tattlers think but she obviously cares a great deal what Alice thinks because she’ll reveal Ioan’s private mails publicly but not Alice’s and that would be a whole lot more sensible, fair and useful given the circumstances.

I have a lot of sympathy for her situation right now I really do and I hope she gets all the help she needs but she was just as abusive, arrogant and nasty on behalf of Alice as the rest of the people Alice surrounds herself with. Ioan can’t ask her to delete the page and leave him alone because she’ll paste it all over FB and play all her pity/victim cards on him. He knows that.

Also she did reveal AE's emails - to IG and his lawyers. We don't need to know the contents and the main thing is she shared them with the most important people here, IG and Anne.

It's a bit of an assumption that I and B want her to stop the FB page. He could ask if he wanted to but why would he now? She is not posting hate anymore and they have put the past behind them. I love a good redemption story and Lin is one.

She knows bloody well if he was to go after her it would jeopardise things even further with the girls so she sees herself as untouchable. No doubt she’s been building one or both girls up to the possibility of Mummy getting into trouble & it all being his fault.
