There has been a story making the rounds of social media about a woman and a man where she became unexpectedly pregnant yet didn't want a child.

He was adamant she have the child and she said fine. I'm going to give you 💯 custody buddy, sign away my parental rights and pay you a huge amount of child support. Done and dusted.

Now this guy is trying to take her back to court to insist that she takes the child for visitation on weekends and during the summer because the child is getting older and he needs a break from parenting.

I haven't seen a lot about the conclusion of this but I can visualize the judge laughing hard on the bench and telling him to GTFO.

Someday, this will be Alice if all her wishes come true. 😬

I really would like to see his reasoning though. To see it spelled out in black and white by someone of his standing legally would cement our own views. Almost like validating everything we think as it were.

No the Ashley Ganzi account was outed more than once as a deranged former old timer IG fan. Ella has her issues, but she's not this fucked up. The less said about AG the better as giving her airtime makes her worse.

Even the FMs are getting bored now. AE is not providing new content so they do a 'doxx Welp' witch hunt to pass the time. As if they would be capable of it LOL

Ella is a trauma-bonded 14 year old kid whose mental health and grip on reality have been completely fucked with by her so-called ‘mother’. Going after a child who has been abused and groomed into self-destructive behaviour means she has nowhere to turn and no-one she feels can be on her side. I believe she acts out with IG so badly not only because of Malice’s endless lies, but because she knows, deep-deep-deep down, that he’s safe. If she were to blow up at Malice, she’d never hear the end of it - and Malice could get physical. After all, she beat IG around the head and neck before passing out on the kitchen floor*. Who’s to say she wouldn’t mete out the same treatment to a young girl who’s now as tall as she is, and whom she’s parentified? The problem with trauma-bonding is that it creates false loyalty to the person who inflicts the wound and then pretends they’re the only one who can ‘heal’ it. It’s a ‘I hurt for your own good because I love you’ nightmare of a situation. I grew up like this with a narc parent. Normal childhoods look nothing like the Evans girls’.
*Yes, Malice, you can shriek ‘lies’ - but you can prove evidence to the contrary in court, something you’ve been dodging for years. It’s on you to provide evidence.

I have always felt that pet / beloved companion animal loss is often not treated with the seriousness it deserves. It is incredibly heartbreaking. I will share something in the hope it is comforting to you. I read it years ago and it stayed with me (this is just an extract).

“When you think your dog has died, it has just fallen asleep in your heart. And by the way, it is wagging its tail madly, you see, and that’s why your chest hurts so much and you cry all the time. So do lots of other less expensive areas in greater Los Angeles. Alice moved to BH for Alice. Arcadia is the top district but Alice would probably never live there.

And I was surprised to find Arcadia is rated no 1 and Beverley Hills no 15 for top school districts so it is definitely NOT about the kids, but about where Alice wants to be. Neither of the girls have any real life friends in the area any more now that Elsie has been pulled away from her friend. She is just the worst mother.

Ella filed against Ioan and Bianca a restraining order, in fact her petitions were pretty much copies of each other. Ioan would need to be a complete moron to not support Bianca over his own (false) accuser in this scenario. It doesn't matter that Ella is his daughter. And it honestly shows how manipulative that crew is wired if they think Ella can just file a false RO and Ioan should just roll her the red carpet for it.

If she had only filed against Bianca the case is a tiny bit different. I still think Ioan should have not supported Ella in this, because only a tit parent like Alice would support this, but I strongly suspect he may have done what most do when they know that a relative is lying/in the wrong and simply remained silent.

I don't find Ella's behavior odd btw. It's exactly what happens if you are raised by a Narc like Alice. A normal parent would have cut off this whole tit and asked her to apologise to her father.

its funny how they never get the irony of their statements. any info here comes from court docs or Alice's own socials. Meanwhile thanks to Alice's minions and socks we knew half of the contents of the court hearing before we got the court transcript (obviously creatively spun). Heck, we knew of the door incident a week before the Daily Mail did. Only one side is going to be in trouble for leaking things on socials.
