Btw the cheapest rental house in Beverly Hill is currently at around 20k/month, no way she moved to one unless she blackmailed one of her rich friends into giving her one for free LOL. WeHo is possible for 5k+

It would be funny if Alice lives in a house and Ioan in an apartment after her breadline narrative and after all her minions jumped to her defence when others rightfully pointed out that you cant be poor if you live in a house with pool in WeHo in saying that she only has this lifestandard still because it takes time to sell the house.

I mean we can agree to disagree but to me it is a indirect quote ("revealed on social media that her husband of 14 years was walking out on her and their two daughters"), of course to make it fully obvious they would have needed to say claimed instead of revealed, but Alice's mate wrote this article, so implying that Alice may be lying will never happen.

I'm not. She had to move out and her moving out was not IG's problem due to the leaseback thing. I think IG has learnt his lesson when it comes to mAlice - no more Mr Nice Guy. She deserves 0% spousal support, not the 10% as per the prenup.

while the moment the house was sold none of her action directly impacted Ioan any longer she could have done a lot of noise about it without actually breaking the restraining order (i.e. complaining about having to move out, call the paps to capture the dramatic moment) though this can all still happen, and the DM article is a tiny step to it. She also could have dragged on the house sale longer, especially when he just got new work.

Obviously she does not deserve any praise for any of this, she is now simply doing what she should have always done, but it's strange. And I doubt its a simple matter of "moving on". Of course maybe it has finally kicked in that she is just destroying herself rather than him with all that BS, and she has the most important thing (the kids) still captured, so she is still holding some cards.

It must feel amazing to have the dead-weight of that mortgage off his hands. Now he can start really rebuilding his life, in a relationship with a sane adult. The custody trial is coming up faster than we think as well. I do wonder if they will all remain in LA? Is this likely?
 
She did originally talk about a rich friend letting her rent a house for cheap...so maybe she has found someone mug enough to grift off...
Or maybe she's invested the entirety of the house money in one years rent for a swanky house in BH on the basis that it might get her a spot on RHOBH...sort of like an investment in her career.
She's stupid enough and narcissistic enough to believe it will work.

I wonder has she got many rich friends. Around there people often have guest houses as big as an average suburban home. She could easily be staying at the end of someone’s garden. Regardless of where they end up, anything has to be better than the dark dingy dump the girls know as home. If she’s handling this in a calm manner & getting the girls involved in accessorising their new room/rooms then it could be a positive experience for them. Sometimes a fresh start is good.

Ioan ‘too poor’ to pay for his family’s home

Tough times for actress Alice Evans, who is moving out of the $2 million home she shared with actor husband Ioan Gruffudd this weekend.

Evans, 54, is bound for a rented house with their two daughters Elsie and Ella after Gruffudd pleaded with a court to allow the home to be sold, saying he didn’t have the money to keep up with mortgage payments for his family following their split in 2021. The three-bedroom house in La Jolla, San Diego, is the only home his children have ever known.

Gruffudd is now living in Los Angeles with girlfriend Bianca Wallace, 29. A friend says: ‘Alice is packing up and it’s been a devastating period. She is very sad that she and the children have to move out, but there was no option.’

The Fantastic Four star told a court in a document filed last year that neither he nor Evans could afford the $6,750 a month in mortgage payments, insurance and property tax.

He said he’d had just one paid job in the past year and was so poor he was relying on handouts from his young girlfriend. ‘The rent for my apartment is $3,400 per month; I live there with my girlfriend, who has been paying the majority of our living expenses, and all of our rent, since September 2022 due to my financial circumstances,’ he said.

He added: ‘I have explained these financial circumstances to Alice and have asked her numerous times since we separated, through counsel, to help financially and to agree to sell the La Jolla residence . . . but Alice has not agreed to my requests.’

Gruffudd filed for divorce in March 2021 after Evans revealed on social media that her husband of 14 years was walking out on her and their two daughters.

In September he went public with Bianca, an Australian actress who was an extra on TV drama Harrow — which Gruffudd starred in.

Evans’s Instagram bio reads: ‘I am so disappointed in so many people now that my life has suddenly changed for the worst.’

anyone who has followed this story the past 2 years would realize that it's as hard to get Alice out of a decent house as it was to remove Alan Harper from Charlie Harpers Malibu beach house. If she has a friend dumb enough to do this at least she was right with her smartest person in the room comment.

I'd bet a fortune on Alice having a massive, rambling, defamatory rant about I&B to Alison and leaving the meeting thinking there was going to be a huge story presenting all her delusions as truth.

I think for the most part the DM are reluctant to print her tit anymore after Bianca sued them.
 
Absolutely nothing stopping the lazy bleep from getting a job and paying for her own children. It blows my mind these tubes think only the man can provide, especially when he paid for a nanny! I’m proud of providing essential and goodies for my children in equal measure. It feels great and teaches them self worth. Something Alice and her orcs lack.
