if she called them she is dumb, it took me 5 seconds to find their new address thanks to those videos 
I btw notice that the kids are not in sight at the new house there. Perhaps they actually got the afternoon with their father while the movers did their job lol
When you divorce you downscale in order to make the transition as easy as possible. Ioan did that, Alice upscaled instead
Then you have Ioan who has nothing. His 110k will be used to pay off their debts. Of course he will get something from the whole house sale and he will get roles etc. But if he had no Bianca Alice would have completely bled him dry, and I assume this was her strategy all along.

and yet they will blame Ioan for not being a real man (rich enough) to pay for it and/or for leaving her in the first place (thus creating the need to pay for two houses)

I still wonder if her saying that she spend 200k on the kids was a slip up and her savings are not 100k but 200k. She also most likely removed a lot of money from the ATM before Ioan turned off the tap, and then she has also the 110k from the house sale. and besides the GFM we know that some of her fans send her even more money

mAlice is the second word for sure!! Colour me surprised if either of the (human) E's are anywhere near her by the end of the year.

Do you really think an address change will suddenly make Alice walk Emma & not have her pee and poo all over the inside of the apartment?
(I mean, I know you don't, I'm pretending like Alice has the capability for change and this apartment shows a clearly not)
That apartment will be rank within a month. It will be wretched with doll heads and poop and take away containers with overflowing bins. She's just gotten a gilded cage for her to drink herself into oblivion.
Also, stairs. She's never had to negotiate alcohol and stairs before and now she's got a whole new obstacle course. She will be a mess.

You keep getting woken up every night at 4am by heavy footsteps, and find out from further googling that a website called Tattle documented her saying she checks on her daughters every night when they're sleeping to make sure they're still breathing. duck!

You hear constant screaming and raging about a "bogan", whatever that is, and how someone with "saggy vagina eyes" keeps getting new acting roles. Christ on a cracker!
And that is how in six months, that apartment block will be completely vacated apart from Alice. No way she won't piss off her new neighbours or get into altercations with them.

She said she couldn't afford the mortgage to keep the *only home the girls have ever known*, so instead moves out into an apartment without a yard or pool twice the mortgage payment. She could have just agreed to keep the home, make the mortgage payments, and accept a settlement you know -- to keep the girls happy.
I hope her supporters are paying attention. Because the narrative they have followed and enabled is deeply flawed.

This was the first thing that occurred to me too. She wants a Beverley Hills address so she can get one over on Ioan. Yes, she is that pathetic, and she’s learned nothing.
It’s lunacy though. She has no income. That lump sum from the house sale will be gone in no time, and then what does she do? Does she expect the child support to cover the rent when her money runs out? She’ll definitely want Ioan to pay now she’s heard about his new job.

Is her house one level or 2 levels? Does she have neighbours below her? God imagine her ranting and outbursts are going to be a problem if the neighbours are within a wall away. Is her neighbour one wall over?

In fact the total raised by her GoFundMe doesn’t even cover one month’s rent in this new place.I wonder how many people who donated to her Go fraud me can afford $7k a month for rent? Perhaps they're just glad she's not out on the streets, homeless, considering they don't have coats and all
Which puts things into perspective.
I wonder whether in Alice’s deranged mind she thinks this will help her in the custody case. That she has a bigger better place than Ioan. Because it wouldn’t surprise me. (Although there is the small matter of the DVRO).

You know California has strict stalking laws due to celebrities living there. It is a problem that people stalk well known figures and the sentences are pretty bad for doing so. Alices “friend” basically bleeping Alice told Alison Boshoff she was moving that weekend. That gave the paps info to go and video and follow her to the new address. This is best case scenario for Alice and that she didn’t call the paps herself. Now anyone and everyone can find out where those girls sleep at night. Shudder.

The apartment looks lovely (not for long though) and the gardens are beautiful (is it an offence in Cali to let your god foul outside), because I bet will let the dog wander at will and tit everywhere.
Even if she managed to stash a couple of hundred extra away, it wont last long. Hasn’t she still got lawyers fees to pay? Just how much child support does she expect to get, surely nothing like enough to fund this lifestyle, especially if Ioan gets 50% custody.

One years rent at $6K a month (the cheapest apartment's rent in that building) = $72K a year.
That doesn't include: utilities/internet/car insurance/health insurance/ dental/ maid/ babysitters/ Botox/ Hairdressers/clothing/ food/ her share of school fees/ ETC.
That's $150K a year at a bare minimum, and that's living quite modestly.
She just got less than that from the house sale.
She has no income and has said she won't work, correct?
I can't wrap my head around this kind decision-making when children are involved. Their father is living in a very modest 2 bedroom apartment at what, $3500 a month? And he's clearly actively looking for work and booking jobs.
IMO, this will hurt her in court. And I mean big hurt. This is not the behavior of a responsible parent downsizing, readjusting their lifestyle, and putting their children's needs first. This is duck-you-I-refuse-to-downgrade behavior.
It also potentially proves what Ioan was up against. This looks like more overspending and recklessness without any thought of consequences.
I personally hope she lands a big job with a big paycheck and can afford it all. Because I don't see this ending well for her if she doesn't.
