She's going to burn through the house sale money and her "childhood savings" faster than she gets through bottles of rosé.

$6.5K a month in rent is absurd for someone in her position. Wonder how easy it was for her to find someone willing to rent to her considering she has a DVRO and no regular income, and wonder if she had to pay a year's rent upfront.

Agree that it looks like she's lost weight though.

Also, do we think she called Backgrid to film those videos? Wonder if they will end up in the Daily Mail, and if so, when.
Wait, according to the Daily Mail article (admittedly not likely to be the most accurate source) the mortgage payments on the old house was $6750 a month, which neither of them could afford. Yet suddely she can afford $6500 a month in rent? I'm confused!

She can afford it for now as she got money from the sale of the old house. I can't remember how much it was, I'm sure @welp knows.

So many questions! Has she lost weight?! (Well done if so). Were paps also checking on removal people to make sure to have evidence if they break anything? I mean we have more of them than anything else - mAlice decided to get her money’s worth from them paps 😂 Do they follow any health and safety rules in LA?! I mean that sofa hoiked over railing with people standing under 😱😱 did the rat move? Where is Emma? Were these plastic boxes full or doll heads or shoes with bows? Or both? What the actual duck was mAlice wearing?! (Probably most useless question)

for those asking: dogs are allowed

also its a townhouse, a bit more comfy than a simple apartment. We remember that she ruled out a apartment because then she isnt winning the best house competition for the kids.

I wouldnt necessarily think that. I think it's more likely that they knew thanks to the DM article. It's a easy tipp-off.

The videos were released yesterday, so I would think they would have appeared already, but idk.

110k, considering her grocery and ebay spending the New Mr. Evans should better be there by Xmas!

She obviously will get child and maybe spousal support at some point, and other liquid shared assets which may include a portion of the rest of the house sale. But eh, if she isnt working this will not carry her long either.

In the end a move fitting to Alice: just the short term in mind.

Maybe the DM is waiting until all the Coronation/Royal Family news stories are over for good, and perhaps the pictures will appear some time this week.

I wonder how the big move went 👀🤣
I've been checking online every bloody hour since that article came out 👀🤣

I love
Alice moved out on May 6th, and yes, it is Beverly Hills. It is an apartment. The rent according to zillow is 6.5k and the apartment worth 3m. 3 miles away from Ioan's apartment. We were spot on with everything LOL

backgrid were around both at her old and new house. You can see Elsie in one of the videos, it was a scheduled visitation day btw (Ioan appears to be in LA judging by Bianca's recent stories, just mentioning it)

I love you welp 🫶👀

I'm broke!!! I can't afford to feed by babies!

~Moves into a $6500-$9000 a month swanky apartment (double their mortgage) in Beverly Hills that most *working* people can't even dream of affording.

Grifting at its finest. And incredible parenting. And budgeting. 😑

MOO.

Sorry I've just read this again, so the rent is pretty much the same as the mortgage and the apartment is worth 3m?!?!?! I don't know anything about property prices in LA, but I do live in Central London and a 3m apartment on the river near where I live (new build) would be pretty nice.
So how the F is she affording that rent, she could have taken on the mortgage and stayed in her beloved shitpile 🤔

EDIT:
is this an apartment in a block or is that all her place?

I'm sorry but for someone unemployed and begging for money by Go Fund Wine Me, that amount of rent even at 6k is bleeping irresponsible! I get she might want somewhere nice for the girls sake (when does she ever put their needs first?). Move further out, bigger place for less money, it's simple right?

Thinking back on the images/snippets that I've seen of the inside/contents of "the house" that mAlice has finally vacated, she did not empty the house and garage. She either left a lot of items or somehow discarded much - that truck just isn't large enough to hold it all. <based on my personal 10+ interstate moves>
