TBH, I think that applies to any lawyer working for Alice.

One of Alice’s bones of contention is that she claims many people will testify that she never abused Ioan. She frequently includes the children in this group. For example when she says 3 people in this house will testify that I didn’t abuse Ioan.

If these people go on the stand Ioan’s lawyer will simply demonstrate that they can only testify to what they saw. Turning Alice never abused him into I never saw any abuse but I wasn’t there all the time. Ioan’s lawyers will then test the reliability of that by showing the public and private examples of Alice being abusive. Then ask the witness if they knew about this and if they consider it abuse. Alice’s case could end up looking worse.

If we assume he believed her his actions clearly speak for him caring for her, given that he provided her with all of the above. And when he was home, according to Alice's own admission, he did most of the errands.

I wouldn't blame him if he didn't believed her though. We see on her twitter that she assumes every illness of the world for herself without being diagnosed. It's always suspicious when somebody like this claims to have one of those illnesses like fibro that cannot be diagnosed, especially since her symptoms are common for alcoholics, low exercised bodies and obesity. But even if he didn't believed her he still provided her with everything in the world as mentioned.

It's also a matter of attitude: it's far easier support someone who genuinely fights to get better rather than somebody who resigned herself to it.

In the end it's like with Alice's claims that Ioan never defended her. He literally killed his career by writing a ridiculous letter because she was butthurt that people didnt like how she was dressing herself.

Alice takes many things for granted. Bianca clearly doesnt.

yep, exactly

The "I have witnesses to disprove something" only works if something is very specific (as no one has been every second Ioan and Alice spend together around). E.g. she could use Gloria to testify that she wasnt passed out drunk at 11 am in mid-july or that she didnt beat him twice on that day if Gloria was around that day (she could be still considered as a unreliable witness though, and even if she was that day working for them they arent all the time in the same room), but she definitely cannot use her for "I have never abused Ioan". besides that the abuse is well proven by evidence already anyway (other than physical violence)

And if you look at this case in Canada last year getting random people to testify that you wouldnt be abusive (Alice mentioned that she would let friends testify, and Loopy called for her twitter friends last year to write such letters) can backfire badly

He hates women too, look at the examples he chooses to Stan for - all abusers, not normal women at all, definitely not obvious ‘victims’.Then he attacks any woman who DARES to question his all-knowing wisdom. He knows more about women than women do! He will tell the silly little women what to think! He will explain the law to those silly lawyering females!

To be even more explicit nobody has to stay with anybody if they don’t want to. Even if they are the most wonderful, kindest, beautiful person to ever live and the patron saint of chronic conditions. You don’t have to stay with them if you don’t want to. It’s worth remembering that kind, wonderful, brilliant and attractive people have unsuccessful relationships all the time and can be the one who is left or cheated on.

If I fall off the low carb diet wagon I am currently on, it's all down to those 2 and nothing at all to do with my desire to eat cake for 3 meals a day 🤭

I said earlier that he's loving fighting the good fight for his two queens, but now I think he's seriously rattled trying to juggle them both together and not lose either Alice or Amber stans. Normally he'd have at least 10 different synonyms for every word. You know he has glorious dreams of bringing the Alice Evans and Amber Heard movements together into the battle of the century.

They're surprisingly life-like, we had one of a famous film star and we used to take it to all of our family parties, weddings etc, it's in a lot of photos from the events. We used to get a lot of FB messages from people asking how we knew him, or what was he doing at my sister's wedding! 🤣🤣🤣
Loopy probably has a life-sized cardboard Ioan lurking in his basement somewhere...👀
