I do find it funny as how dense he is portraying Alice. Someone told her she is a victim of DARVO so since then she is running with it, is his message. Same also happened with the "Ioan is a narc" claims. It doesnt reflect well on you when you are just copying what randos say, it discredits your claims as a first hand witness.


she keeps implying that she will use the kids as witnesses yes. whether she will or is allowed to is a different matter. With very believable accusations of manipulation/alienation it will either backfire (if they deny something that is proved to have happened they deliver Ioan the proof that they ARE manipulated) or it will be simply denied by the judge.

Usually the kids testify in secret in a chamber alone with the judge if they have to. I reckon those statements Alice talks about is "Ella says X happened or didnt happen" type of casual statements, I imagine not even actual statements but just what she is convinced of them thinking or what they have assured her to think (just like with various random friends)

She did mention a year ago that Ioan asked for kids statements to be kept on record in therapy. I guess Alice may mistake this as "testifying' because she was actually calling it like this back then

If Ioan’s attorney stays true to form the children will never be allowed to testify.....period.

We can't even be sure that the decision to make the film wasn't because she was 'outed'- perhaps they thought that they may as well turn the negative (of the FM attention) into a positive.

With Lupine and the like, I think if you have done even 1% of the reading and you still support Alice then it is a massive red flag of who you are and how you treat people. And a clear warning for others to stay away. It's not like Johnny Depp & Amber Heard where (no matter which 'side' you are on) it is not black and white. There is no evidence that Ioan did anything that could reasonably argued to be abusive.

Lupine clearly hasn’t had anyone give him praise or value in his real life. It’s why he’s formed an online life, and is prepared to ‘go down’ (lol) with an abuser- it’s definitely the best recognition he’s ever been able to conceive for himself.
Which is sad, but here we are.

IMO they are both on exactly the same page. She enjoys abusing Ioan and playing victim and he enjoys joining in. They both know what the deal is in the harassment campaign.

Alice is far too smug to realise what a low opinion he really has of her. He likes to present women as helpless abuse victims “DEFILED” so he can launch weird and lewd attacks on their “sadistic” exes who would let them be “raped” He would happily see her and the girls genuinely suffering, he loves that stuff. He’s sick in the head and she will live to regret letting him into her life.

Honestly, they're probably swimming in evidence already. Also there's a ton of crap still up on her IG account, last I looked.

retracted screenshots are admissable. the issue is often though that the other side might ask it to get thrown out pending a metadata check.

tbh Ioan has only submitted a few screenshots that originated from here. seemingly he has taken most himself or has asked friends to send him whatever they see.

It's not like he is lacking evidence
 
Was feeling confused by Loopy’s ramblings and after reading his latest I feel I am losing not just my mind but also the will to live.

So I checked the dictionary:

evidence
NOUN
the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid

I think my dictionary must be wrong; evidence is clearly the unsupported opinion or claim of a pompous, self-important creep. Loopy’s word salad is evidence because he says it is.

Apparently the more unnecessary words used the truer the fact.

Therapists can be called to testify at a custody hearing, and that wouldn't be treated as hearsay but as direct testimony. But they both filed their witness lists and the therapist is not on either.

Then again, no meaningful therapy has happened yet. If it does, closer to July, wouldn't it make sense for IG to use them as witnesses?
 
The MS storyline is basically "Alice is upset that she cant use her fibro stick to beat him, so she is lashing out" - I guess this means Loopy will fully support Ioan if he is going to trash Alice if she gets an not very successful boyfriend next after she was constantly demeaning him for not being a A-lister, right?

Always switch the scenario then you see how hilarious your argument is.

(I am aware that Loopy's argument is not exactly this because he just made up the claim that Ioan portrayed himself as something but you can catch my point)

Yes, but I would think if she was going to call the therapist, that would be a hearing as well she would want them there, given the big deal she's made about how this is the only home the kids have ever known.

Even if she had every single illness she claims to have, all diagnosed and legit - he still didn't have to stay married to an abusive, violent woman with alcohol issues. No one has to. The supposed illness here is nothing to do with anything. We can see for ourselves he's supportive of a partner with chronic illness. He tried to support Alice for long enough, after all. Even if he didn't think her illness was legit, he still provided a nanny, a housekeeper, comprehensive health care, enough money for food delivery services, and seemingly no pressure to go out and work. That's surely the bleeping DREAM if you have an exhausting chronic illness? Other than feeling better, obviously.
