Definitely not for going to the therapist, but teens ask for money for doing chores for example. Yes, it is typical. They usually ask for 5-10 dollars though.
ETA the fact that teens might be asking doesn’t mean they get what they ask for.

In the days after this she started ranting about Ioan taking them to a park and giving them vegan food from Bianca. And Ella definitely missed visitation the next three weeks (based on Alice's twitter)

My guess is she did something on the 19th-20th other than SM abuse. Then, when Ioan’s lawyers told her they would report her stopped Ella’s visitations.
