Carrying weight around her middle would make sense with the suggested alcohol abuse and (potentially) menopause. It’s her jawline that looks strange to me - is her face just bloated? Definitely alcohol related - classic stomach and face bloat and skinny stick legs and arms. See photo of Lara Flynn Boyle when she was in the grips of her addiction
