They recently closed courthouses elsewhere (Beverly Hills and West Hollywood) so most criminal matters are now heard at the LAX courthouse."Criminal Case" and "Alice Evans" is very pleasing to read

Soooo, I wonder what she was arrested for? Maybe she went to I & Bs and started shouting/going nuts and they called the police?the welfare check was on november 12th
On december 2nd she was ranting about Deb & Lin fwiw
I suspect it's about tweets from november that were reported later.
(initially I was side eyeing the "Airport Courthouse" but apparently most criminal cases are handled there in LA)
My best friend laid face down on her bed and giggled hysterically for two hours after a shot of poteen from a friend’s (illicit) still in Dublin. Happy memories…

Thank you again @ButterTart! Does this mean she was actually arrested? This could explain her long Twitter silence. Does anyone remember when it started?I don’t think Alice is going to be free of the DVRO any time soon. In fact, tomorrow she is being arraigned on two charges … no documents are available. Yet.

There is an arrest date of December 2, 2022, showing in another entry. I believe that’s on or near the date the police did their “welfare check.”View attachment 1910593 q
Based on Ioan's filing it's about Social Media posts. Dont think anything particular on that december 2nd, but probably tweets from before. Interesting that there are two counts though.Soooo, I wonder what she was arrested for? Maybe she went to I & Bs and started shouting/going nuts and they called the police?
december 16th, two weeks laterThank you again @ButterTart! Does this mean she was actually arrested? This could explain her long Twitter silence. Does anyone remember when it started?
That’s what it does seem to indicate, yes, arrested Dec. 2.Thank you again @ButterTart! Does this mean she was actually arrested? This could explain her long Twitter silence. Does anyone remember when it started?
Doubtful it’s for traffic. All West Hollywood criminal cases go to this courthouse now.Below the description of the type of cases handled by the LAX Courthouse. This fits with the December 2nd visit of the Traffic Division officers. It may have been a welfare check following a traffic incident, as some Tattlers hypothesized at the time

Maybe Alice has an acting job?
God, she’s a horrible actress!
Nah. When arrested, she would have been told there would be an arraignment on the charges. This is more of her “I’m gagged/can’t tell my story/the system is corrupt” bullshit.Jeez she's going to claim she's been "BLINDSIDED" again isn't she and simpletone is setting out the stall again
The key word is convicted. So far, she’s only been charged.of interest regarding Alice's 2 penal code violations (using a standard google search):

Every time I think about this hearing I think of this song, particularly the ‘You’re Going to Reap Just What You Sow’ (Added bonus of Tom Jones singing that part
Thoughts and Prayers in advance for the unfortunate Judge
And here we are still waiting for her to provide evidence to the contary and the big reveal .
Maybe why Yo is confident in 50/50. He had to have had the girls during that time. If this happened, why isn't he going for full custody?Nah.
