Soooo, I wonder what she was arrested for? Maybe she went to I & Bs and started shouting/going nuts and they called the police?

Below the description of the type of cases handled by the LAX Courthouse. This fits with the December 2nd visit of the Traffic Division officers. It may have been a welfare check following a traffic incident, as some Tattlers hypothesized at the time

Thanks @ButterTart and @welp For coming up with the goods.

There probably is a lot more than the social media threats - remember it was only from Ioan’s filings we discovered she was contacting his employers and harassing him directly. I bet there’s more to it than what she has posted (although that in itself does constitute a breach imo).

How is she/Tone posting in such a happy positive way? Her behaviour is so detached from her situation. She really is bizarre

Based on Ioan's filing it's about Social Media posts. Dont think anything particular on that december 2nd, but probably tweets from before. Interesting that there are two counts though.

Doubtful it’s for traffic. All West Hollywood criminal cases go to this courthouse now.

This is the penal code section she is accused of having violated:

California Penal Code [CPC] §273.6(a) – Violation of Court Order - California Penal Code §273.6(a) makes it illegal to violate any “protective order” as defined under one of five sections of state law. Failure to follow the terms of a protective order can result in arrest and prosecution.

Maybe why Yo is confident in 50/50. He had to have had the girls during that time. If this happened, why isn't he going for full custody?

I do think he's listening to his lawyers, to the letter, but on the outside it's hard to reconcile her behavior, the legal ramifications, and still letting her have access to the children.
