Part of me wonders if she doesn’t know how to move on. Her brain is stuck, and all of this wailing and raging and lashing out is because she doesn’t have a clue how to fix her life. She’s never been responsible for taking care of herself; she can’t work out where to go from here.

None of this excuses or condones what she’s doing, but she’s a car crash I can’t stop watching.

In 2022-23, this is up to a maximum of £646.35 a month for one child, or £1108.04 a month for two or more children.
That would be all she would get to pay for food, shopping and bills. She would then need to find a landlord that would take her on benefits, you get money towards rent/mortgage, but only up to a certain amount, so the full amount may not be covered, meaning that she have to find the difference elsewhere.
She would also have to prove she is actively looking for work, any work.

The last time I was unemployed and claimed (i have no kids) I got £1100 towards my rent, which didn't cover it all of it and £164 every two weeks. Out of that I had to pay all bills, from electricity to water, Internet, insurance etc and food, plus find the difference for the rent!

Yes, I understand that. I was just to referring to her possibly returning to the UK. She can do that as a citizen without having to prove anything.

Alice fans are pretty stupid: work-related trips are not paid by the artist, also we now know he has a girlfriend with money, maybe she is paying too 🤦‍♀️

Plus the only big trip he had was in the UK in march (largely stayed with his parents, much glam life here!), back then he still had money as he was paying everything for Alice too. Or is that their idea of divorce? Your ex lives the rich life sponsored by you and you live in poverty?

If she had been seeing a therapist as she claimed, he/she would have helped her, but I do not for a minute think she was ever seeing a therapist. Just another of her many many lies.
 
She's been banging on about fault and blame (in a no fault divorce where the court doesn't give two shits about who did what) BUT
What they DO consider is conduct in the divorce itself - so hiding money, withdrawing community money from a joint bank account etc. He could have kept that money there knowing that she would steal it. And she did!

It gets her into the country but she'll have to find and pay for her own accommodation, pay her own expenses, and probably her health care too thanks to previous non-residency and nil national insurance contributions. My father worked abroad from 1948 to 1975 but paid his national insurance contributions in the UK all that time to safeguard his state pension and healthcare.
 
Imo she isn’t shaking or puking she is elated. She loves all this. The drama, the chaos, the attention on her and the sympathy from the last few idiots. She is loving all this and she won’t care what it means. She is the centre of her storm.

when she finally comes down I expect Marie will tell her they cannot go to court and must concede to all Ioan’s demand including the lick Bs boot clause

Not ignorant at all. I wasn’t even familiar with the term until earlier. Basically any money spent after the date of separation is split. So say for example Alice has been living rent free in the $2million La Jolla home with all utilities being paid ordering Panda Express and shite from eBay using Ioan’s cards and bank details, she now owes Ioan half and that will be taken into account during any settlement she thinks she’s entitled to. I think.
So essentially she would owe him money.
