D&L were going after Bianca on Christmas Day last year and now they’re sending her a (the)Christmas Card( Best Hallmark movie ever dontcha know!)??

I’ve got receipts but seeing as they’re as relevant as Loopy and nasty as the LonelyTexan they can duck off into the sea. Might post them later.

Are they going to send it to “Broomstick Sugar mama and mediocre d-list actor with a noticed forehead and a whole slew of women hatred towards women”

Ioan and Bianca should not have any contact with these turncoats. They were vile in the last few years. I find the whole fan page cringy whoever the subject is, just not my thing. But to side with the spouse of the “subject matter” so vociferously and at length and then do a complete turn back and try to pick up where they left off is just jaw dropping. And to offer to do a I and B Christmas card?! Get to duck.
 
Does Alice (and her Tonesock) being set to private allow her to say what she likes about Ioan and Bianca?
The DVRO restricts her from harassing him & B by disturbing the peace. But how can she be held to be doing that legally if her account is set to private? I mean it doesn't prevent her from slagging him off and making up all kinds of tit. She's not gagged...it's just when she does it to disturb his peace.

They’re trying to insert themselves into his life in an obsessive way. First it was with Malice, who was stupid enough to let them in (to say the least!). Now that Malice dumped them they’re trying again this time with Bianca. They don’t want a fan site. They want inside info, a special relationship that will make them feel special.

over 30k followers, among them several DM reporters, is not a private account. When she set it to private before and ranted about him the DM still picked it up, so not really.

The RO was also specifically defined for her SM accounts beyond the standard stuff, so legally this is pretty clear

Tone is more interesting though.

I noticed that Alice has not shared or liked any of Loopy's defamatory statements, other than her posting pictures with threatening captions which she immediately deleted and overshadowed with the police crap she is recently largely surfing through the grey area imo

I find it chilling. Can’t they find another hobby? I and B are all about positivity and forgiveness is a positive thing to do. But they can forgive but draw a line under it and never engage with them again. If they do they are as batshit as them.

I'll have to go back and read the order again. I thought the draft he asked for was wider than what was eventually granted. I have menopause brain.

But that would take Alice acknowledging she did something wrong. I don't believe we need to worry. Hell will freeze over, get hot anew and then freeze over again before Alice says sorry to anyone.

I used to think Deb and Lin are a couple since they are two elderly ladies living together, but they seem to be way too invested in a man's love life for that. Not that it matters, it's just a weird development with these two.

In a way it's admirable, if I had behaved like them I would have probably deleted my accounts rather than the complete u-turn lol

Agreed, but she won’t apologise, they’ll just sniff around until they find a middle ground to cling to and then grovel back, unless they’re blocked.

When set to private though it must be harder for him to establish she is harassing or disturbing his peace. I take the point about people/DM journos following her Twitter (and DM picking up stories). It's the equivalent of her ranting to a large venue full of invited guests rather than standing in the town square and ranting to the whole world, including him and Bianca.
