Wildly off topic but you can get trickle chargers for car batteries that’ll stop them going flat when they’re not used . If you’re somewhere sunny (Australia etc) you might be able to get a solar powered one.Well, I might miss out on being here during the court time as my SIL may be visiting - he had an unexpected emergency trip (700mi) and may stop to visit during his return home.
Alice is too dependent on others to do everything for her.
My SIL is much more important to me than anything Alice does. Priorities, priorities.
I live in a remote area and rarely have the need to travel to a doctor's appointment and so often do not even see another person for some period of time.
I have a bad habit of forgetting to start my vehicle so the battery is dead again.
Wow - it was so easy - I just used my cellphone and called the dealership last week about the dead battery. And, can you imagine? The only car dealership in the town (very small dot on the map) where I am residing just picked up my vehicle a few minutes ago to recharge or replace my battery.
You're right @tropeonarope - Alice couldn't even do something as simple as this.

you didn't jinx -- it was already dead a week ago when I called.Tbf these are all major battery issues.
I was thinking more in terms of changing the AA or AAAs in the remote.
Maybe I underestimated the jinx. Sorry.
Yo yo yo what up homegirl?!!?Yo yo yo …. ‘Twas the night before blissness and all through the house is 20 gallons of warm wine .. let’s do this (ps not read thread back I’ll look a tit if she’s settled ha)
Loved that show! I kept imagining Alice speaking with Stephen Merchant's accent.Just catching up with the second series of The Outlaws (set in Bristol). Made me chuckle. Bristol massive.

Welp - the tweet about her brother starting he’s the best. She was relating a (fictional!) conversation she had about some guy. I think this was one of her crumbs to make ppl think she is discussing her new imaginary friend with her bruv.
Glad you're back & just in time!Yo yo yo …. ‘Twas the night before blissness and all through the house is 20 gallons of warm wine .. let’s do this (ps not read thread back I’ll look a tit if she’s settled ha)
I love you, RTP. Yes, I've had a mega pint, so I might have quoted you twice. My bads. If your very talented self has a spare minute, please draw her coming into court.
