Also how much was that hermes blanket for her to dip into her savings (she said in her vlog) wow!

agree! Hundreds sometimes thousands of pounds for a few stories and swipe ups. It’s disgusting! No wonder so many of these influencers have changed and become so arrogant.

She seems to use that ‘dip into my savings’ line whenever she’s trying to cover up whether an item was gifted. I feel like there definitely was a discount, at the very least. But Vicky likes to pretend she’s just like us!

I think you’re right. She’s hiding a discount. For someone who has seemingly dropped $1000s on home renovations (and we know the majority was gifted) and attempts to show she lives this “luxe” lifestyle, a $1600 blanket isn’t a splurge. What she should’ve said is, “I received a discount AND because I get so much for free that you peasants must pay for, I was able to afford this.”

Re: Hermès. I know it’s highly controversial, but yes. In order to buy some of the more well-known Hermès handbags - namely the Kelly and Birkin - there is a “list”. Since the bags aren’t mass produced and because they come in various leather/size/color way options, stores don’t necessarily know what they’re getting ahead of time. It helps to have a buying history with a sales assistant because, if you build a rapport and let them know what style/size/leather/color way you want, they’re more likely to let you know if they get one in. With the waiting lists, if a store gets a Kelly bag, for example, they’ll go down the list to see if anyone wants it. It might not be the EXACT one you want, but at least you’d have a Kelly. Or you can go preloved and definitely get the one you want.

Vic won’t buy her desired bright yellow (ew) Hermès bag unless she gets it heavily discounted. I think that’s why she mentioned it (and put it in the title) of that vlog a few weeks back. She was fishing for freebies.

This is what drives me nuts about her...ALL she does is fish for freebies. The girl is (or was anyway) making a small fortune but still just wants everything for free and to be paid for everything she does. Can't bare it. Thinks she deserves the world without opening her pocket, just for taking narcissistic pictures of herself

New to this thread and have been a regular viewer on and off for years but my goodness I feel like I have just seen a completely different side to her recently. The Dior bag that was loaned in her new video, could she have begged for them to give it to her more? I just find it really sad that these influencers are making so much money and they don’t even want to save up and spend on a bag they really want. It’s sad.

I kind of think as influencers like shops. And if shops aren't open right now then they should be piping the duck down with sponsored content.

Why not remember why you started filming your life to begin with? If you are well off like old fish lips, take some time off.

Do something good for charity. For your soul. If you've got savings then paying your mortgage isn't a problem so why the cash grabbing during such an upsetting tumultuous time. Life doesn't stop but you could press pause on the endless shilling and begging. I'm ashamed of her.
 
Saw on Louise Pentlands instagram earlier where she was answering questions discussing affiliate links and she said that its around 10% of the cost of the sale they get which is more than I thought it would be - wonder how much Frow makes off then then if this is the case??

Sadly I think they’re inspired by Kurt Cobain and this iconic photo shoot. Alex and Vic seem to idolize him.

Which is ironic. If you read Kurt’s private writings and really listened to his song lyrics, you’d know how he’d feel about these self-absorbed and greedy posers.

I remember Vic saying in her video it was pennies, then she said between 3-8%, always lying!
