inpolife - in no particular order

Didn’t know Inpo had a thread so just marking my place because I am fascinated by the weight loss and the fact she was ‘forced’ to talk about it because of all the comments she was getting. It is quite significant and does seem sudden so her explanation (fear of bowel cancer making her not eat) seems questionable. She seems to talk about everything on her stories so the fact she never mentioned this while it was happening just seems unlikely!
Especially when she has just done a swimming costume ad where it’s so visible and she is clearly crying happy tears because she knows the weight loss has given her confidence.
It genuinely is the only thing she could influence me on.

There may well be a lot going on with her body, but she sure is taking advantage of all those ads now she’s thinner! All that talk of being proud to be plus side in the past, she’s so disingenuous. They’re all the same!

There may well be something health wise that’s concerning and I wish her well with that, however the ads and try-ons are non-stop!! She’s loving her new shape whatever the reason for it!

Jeeze the comments on her post telling her how great she looks and she’s glowing (🤢🤮) has everyone missed the memo that says it’s not ok to comment on someone’s body? Particularly when she’s (admittedly very vaguely) hinted that her weight loss might be due to not being well!!

And if she is genuinely ill, just take a bleeping day off woman!! AD after AD after AD jesus christ

WOW! Her latest reel really shows just how much weight she has lost. When questioned about it she says her body is changing a lot at the moment and there’s a lot going on 🤔
There’s a lot going on once a week when she’s injecting into her leg
There are very few peri/menopausal women who can lose weight at the rate she is without either being unwell or having some other help 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’d say Mounjaro too. I lost my Nan in the summer, she was like a mum to me & as my mum died when I was younger she was in my life as a mother figure a long time. I had the funeral and property to sort & I was overwhelmed with grief and stuff do, as well as it being summer holidays and having a full time job. I did loose my appetite. But as a perimenopausal woman no amount of stress, upset or few hours in a gym has made me loose like Mounjaro has. I can’t recommend it enough, it’s life changing. She is on it, I can tell as her weight loss is quick and consistent. Just like mine.

I had a hysterectomy last year, went on HRT, ballooned in weight. Went on Ozempic in Jan and lost 3 stone in 6 months. It has been life changing to my mental health.
This is really interesting to read, I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago, went on HRT and I piled on the weight. I’ve been trying really hard to lose weight for the last 9 months and I’m not really getting anywhere 😞 Feel tempted to try injections but I’m terrified of side effects!

Also, I don’t believe she has lost this weight naturally, it’s too sudden and she’s too defensive about it!

Zero side effects. I think there is a thread on here about it. Take a look, I hope it can convince you x

This is really interesting to hear, I'm a consistent loser than gainer of weight only being in menopause makes it so much harder. I'm really considering mounjaro but I'm quite scared of side effects, especially hair loss, have you noticed any?
Also well done on your weight loss it makes such an impact on both mental and physical health 😊

Hardly any side effects. The first week wasn’t great, but I still managed to work and do all I needed to for family. I haven’t noticed hair loss either. I was ready to start, my mindset had changed to this weight had to shift for my wellbeing and being a healthy weight was my main goal, not being skinny. I’ve overhauled what I eat, weaned myself off of full fat coke for example. I prioritise good fats, filling foods but don’t deny myself pizza or a takeaway, I just don’t gorge on it and stop eating when I’m full, I know my limits now. It is genuinely life changing in the mindset shift it gives you. I cannot recommend it enough.

The cheek of this one , she can’t afford to shop there but she wants her followers to so she can get the commission!! Unbelievable nerve I’ll give her that!!!
