I agree, I think it's because her makeup is the wrong shade, it feels like she doesn't know how to apply it. Also, her body shape is athletic, she doesn't have hips. That's not her fault, it's just a fact. However,the orange makeup she could sort out in two minutes, just go and get colour matched!!

Exactly, I think she's got quite strong features to begin with (nothing wrong with that) and the poorly-blended orange makeup is just enhancing that! As you said, she's got no hips, so I think very tight clothing she likes to wear is enhancing her boyish figure.
I'd really like to see her with a soft glam/pink type of make up (and the correct foundation shade!), some waves in her hair and a flowy mumsy dress
