Posting she’s got Nike running shoes for working out in. Jes I hate to break it to you but those shoes are NOT for working out in. They’re for ‘serious’ runners to help them run faster due to the carbon plate. She’s gonna cause herself an injury. Buying them cos every other clueless influencer has them. Does my head in!

She’s bought a pair of bleeping marathon trainers to do gym workout.

They’re also unbelievably ugly.

But it doesn’t matter anyway because she’s cancelled her workouts for today and got back into bed

I’m a runner so that has made me HOWL. There are so many things wrong with her buying £45 OG Alphaflys

1. The carbon plate and foam will likely be worn down and no longer provide benefit so the fact that it was previously expensive means nothing. Even if there is life left in them, they don’t last long.
2. Alphafly 1s are known for being horribly uncomfortable for some actual super fast runners
3. They were literally created for Eliud Kipchoge to run a 2 hour marathon not for the average joe and definitely not for general gym use.
4. All carbon shoes are very very unstable and wobbly and for running in ONLY.
5. That particular shoe is SO loud and slappy when it hits the ground

She really is the gift that keeps on giving.
