I reckon her business is going down the toilet. Broken machine for the tiles, ridiculous wait times, horribly overpriced and really outdated designs with seemingly zero motivation from her to actually do any hard graft to sort things.

Thought this for a while and while I don’t revel in this kind of issue and usually feel sorry for people …. Posing in a charity shop suit with your lips sucked in resembling Voldemort is not how to resurrect it!

Just to add as well, she’s so insecure about her content she’s asking on her business page no less! What content people want … a thriving business would require minimal requests from clients, let alone almost daily confirmation

Everyone with their one business, particularly those with a small business put in so much time and effort into that business. They are continuously doing market research and posting on their socials about their business. At the moment you can’t even tell what she’s selling. She posts about her charity shops and outfits from vinted. She isn’t going to get any new followers or customers. And her previous customers aren’t going to regain cos 1. Her customer service is shocking 2. Her items are garbage 3. Her samples aren’t cheap 4. Her service is mega slow 5. Her designs are dated… the list goes on. If she carries on she won’t have a business in the next 18 months. But she doesn’t have to worry about that cos bank mum and dad. Shes lazy and entitled
 
She is desperate to be taken seriously as an influencer, she has no interest in running a typical business that requires business sense and hard work. The novelty has rubbed off and it’s obvious she’s no interest in it anymore.

She wants it to be the Jess show with her as the product as @itsnotmereally says, but it’s been years of her trying to pull off the influencer game and buying followers and traipsing about charity shops does not an influencer make!

Close your business while it’s still a choice, get a real job and lay off instagram- I guarantee you’ll be a much happier person Jess.
