Scarlette went up in my ratings yesterday when she showed that she can be a team player supporting camp mates during the task she had to do, albeit quite a simple one. She doesn't seem to hold back if she has something on her mind. She stopped what could have been an unnecessary awkward moment when BG decided to gun for Matt too. And she held it together when Charlene interfered with how to cut a flipping cabbage.

My top two to date. 😁

I agree. Undecided on one more for the top 3, I like Baba but he's bloody useless. Maybe Seann.

A lot of people would've already liked Jill before she went into the 'jungle' and yes, many would've admired and respected her (as a Lioness) even though they didn't know much about her......BUT she hasn't done or said anything bad or annoying, in there, to change those people's minds and turn them off her, so her support has surely only gone from strength to strength.

Any IAC viewers who didn't already know of her have been introduced to a woman who comes across as a genuinely nice person and clearly a massive team player, supporting her campmates, stepping up and getting stuck in whenever and however needed.

She's not controversial and I reckon, with her, what you see is what you get, but we haven't seen enough of her!

She doesn't create friction or drama or crave attention so I can see why some think she's a bit boring to watch (even though all of her campmates appear to enjoy her company).

She's been surprisingly witty, with some very quick and funny jibes. I want her to get more airtime so we can see more of her cheeky, playful side.

She might not be dynamic and in your face but she's strong, gritty, good-natured, good-humoured, easy-going but up for any challenge and, most of all, she takes it all in her stride with a smile on her face (and a cockroach in her ear! 😱) For me, that's a winner!

I don't want Matt to win and I don't think that he will either because he makes me cringe 😬

Matt has certainly handled himself well in there though. He must feel the insult of Charlene not wanting to share the RV with him. She's doing that for brownie points with the loose women isn't she? It's got nothing to do with spiders.

Hmmm it's about time Charlene was punished for rule breaking. In years past other camp mates wouldn't have put up with her swanning around doing nothing, breaking rules and generally getting everyone's back up.

Yes it's surprising that she's got away with it.

It's also surprising that no one else has thought 'bugger this sleeping in a hammock, I'll take Charlene's bed if she doesn't want it'

Do you think he'd be bothered? I reckon he'd wear it as a badge of honour. He'd just think that people can't handle him, as someone who's different and not afraid to say and do exactly what they want.

Maybe underneath the facade he's vulnerable but I think it'd suit him and his rebellious diva reputation to be booted first.
 
I must stop watching Lorraine and shouting at the TV - their view of IAC is so much different to everyone of us. Her and the TV critic woman are amazed that Charlene is favourite to go followed by MH and then Sue Cleaver. No mention of MH but gobsmacked Sue is there as "she is such a lovely woman" who has been amazing or some such in there. Then they are so sorry for Owen as he had the worst job in the task and deserved the BBQ as he needs the protein. Must have been watching a different programme to me.

She should have been cancelled aged ago for taking on HMRC and wasting tax payers money and getting out of paying tax. You'd think the optics would matter for her job.

I know what you mean. I have opposing feelings on him; I like the way he speaks because he laughs a lot, as you say, and I just find his mannerisms appealing on that front. He is a diva and bitchy, but it's entertaining on TV. His chanting is annoying but I don't have to live with it so whatever. He has a strong personality which is more than can be said for several people in there (Sue, anyone?). Before anyone kicks off at me, I'm not excusing his past.

I'm not going to struggle reading through that, was embarrassing enough her going on about presenting daytime tv as if it was highly skilled.
