I do agree that Owen doesn't need to be babied in a situation where they're all hungry.
However I don't think it's because he's necessarily worried about his physique, rather than he's probably just used to eating loads with his gym routine (and it's a probably protein heavy diet) so he's never really had to cut back entirely before. Similar to Charlene and the spiders though, I've nae sympathy because that's literally the show 😅

But yeah, I don't get why people are at all endeared to him beyond him being young and good-looking. He's barely shown much of a personality other than being hungry and not good at general knowledge 😅 Like he seems nice enough but just quite bland. If they replaced him with a different gym bro, I can't guarantee I'd notice 😂

Exactly. That was a great story he told about him ripping his trousers doing a slut drop in front of Princess Anne the other night. He'd have lots more funny stories I'm sure, without giving away anything top secret. It's disappointing the way the show is being edited.

He actually doesn't look well being that thin - and you can see he's losing even more in the jungle. Re the personality, if you didn't know his past, that he was a top DJ on R1, it would be hard to believe it now, based on how he is coming across.
 
Boy Geirge and Chris Moyles are both coming across really badly. To be honest I'm not surprised by either.

Both have been not very nice people for a long time. Chris Moyles was always an arrogant git on the radio. And Boy George has long since crossed over from witty repaetee into full blown bitchy.

I purposely downloaded the app to vote for Matt Hancock. And tonight I was voting for this pair and Charlene, to do the trial!!!

And admit it - when he was singing Karma Chameleon - I'm a man without conviction - who else was screaming - LIAR

Yes I agree, Owen is boring 🥱 and I'm sick of him being treated differently. He doesn't deserve more food than anyone else and is dull as a rock.

Charlene is a bloody selfish bitch for not sleeping in the RV. Make her sleep in the hammock then and throw some large spiders in after her 🕷😁

I couldn't care less about most of them this year and it seems obvious that Jill will win.

George is entertaining me so I can't understand those dull posters on here that want to get rid of him. George really hates it when the focus isn't on him 😄 It makes me laugh everytime when he steals the limelight with a story about his own greatness 😁
 
Jill seems lovely, and she has said some funny things, but a winner? She’s not exactly done anything. Makes me think she’d win just for being a lioness. Maybe as people leave we’ll see more of her. But if Jaqueline jossa can win when she literally seemed to do sweet fa anything is possible!

Really like Scarlette - always thought she was a good presenter and she is coming across well.

Mike seems a great guy but expected much more from him, and when he called sue his camp-wife he did go down a little in my estimations.

Really don’t like BG - the way he tried to minimise the fact he went to prison and made it sound like it was all just a made up story like people were out to get him….nah, showed his true colours. Horrid man. I’d hate to be in there with him.

I agree it was disappointing that Mike said that about 'two balls Sue' as she is another dull camp mate pandering to the man child Owen Ugh.

I do sort of think that Jill will win based on being a lioness and the fact that she seems to be well liked by everyone.

BG has paid for his crime so why must he be punished forever? I don't think he's a 'nice' person but he's not evil either. BG is hiding behind the Buddhist crap now he's given up drugs as a crutch. Both him and the escort were off their faces on drugs so its good at least that he's managed to move on from that and put it behind him. BG is certainly allowed his own opinion about what really went on.

The British public used to be more forgiving and believe that people deserved a second chance rather than being damned forever. Tolerance of any real difference (other than what's approved) has gone out of the window with today's hive mind sitting in judgement on social media platforms.

I don't have a favourite to win this year anyway as its pointless and I never vote either. This is the first time I've watched for a few years and at the moment I'm not sure I'll bother watching to the end.

Yes I agree about the hypocrisy.

Not keen on Matt, but he was just as entitled to go to the Surf & Turf meal as everyone else.
They all acted like he had robbed poor baby Owen of food when Matt was the one that kept them all fed for days.

Agree with everything you said, Jill is lovely but definitely not a winner in my eyes.
 
Putting aside his work and whether we are Tory or not, so far I feel that Matt should win. He's got on with tasks successfully, never quibbles, sings, dances, cooks, generally does anything; and I've not heard him being two faced about anyone.

Scarlette went up in my ratings yesterday when she showed that she can be a team player supporting camp mates during the task she had to do, albeit quite a simple one. She doesn't seem to hold back if she has something on her mind. She stopped what could have been an unnecessary awkward moment when BG decided to gun for Matt too. And she held it together when Charlene interfered with how to cut a flipping cabbage.

My top two to date. 😁
